I was given an option that saved me $1800 over 36 months and a $200 gift card. Everything was explained except that I had to use my debit card which was worded as a bank not debit card so my auto pay is on my bank credit card which I thought was a bank card, nope it's not. I could have saved an additional $1260 over 36 months if the actual word debit card was used in the sign up process. Every day wording is essential when explaining contracts to people because everyone knows what debit card means vs bank/card most people don't think of their debit card as a bank card. Debit cards specifically say debit card on them and not bank card. Shame on me for not knowing that and shame on us cellular for not saying the term everyone knows. The $200 dollar gift is only good for 3 months so I put the card on Amazon as my primary credit card on file and I bought a $200 gift card with it that has no expiration date so I could leisurely spend it over time so as to not loose it. Overall I did save at least $2000 + over 36 month without knowing how much my Internet would have gone up over the next 36 months. It's definitely worth looking into for my situation.

He applied online, I phone 13, and 7 watch everything went through so he was good. November/26/2021 The next day he gets an email saying they want proof of his ID, and SSN either come in store or send it to a secure cite. He decided to go in, they took copies of his SSN, but he only had the paper copy of his DRIVER LICENSE, on the Associates say that's not gonna work and then it was overrided by another manager said you sent it up he should be fine. They send it to they corporate team or whoever they said everything was fine so I left. December/14/2021/ My son gets a call from the fraud department wanting to Verify who he is and wanted a copy of his ID. My son goes on to explain the the situation and what he did when he went into the store, also let them know that his ID card hasn't came yet it should be here any day. The lady From the fraud department told him this, Don't worry about it you already came in the store and verified yourself, they were just tripping about the photo ID because you tried to order another product just wait intel December 25th that will be your 30 days and than order your product. December/25/2021 CHRISTMAS DAY My son is in Las Vegas I get a call from an unrestricted phone call wasn't an answered but I said what the hell I'm glad I did. It was my son saying that Verizon cut all his service off WTF. So when they do that you can't call from there phone, plus it was on Christmas, so he had to go through a lot of complications to get to a phone, what a bad time to cut somebody phone off smh. So I had to find a way to get in touch with Verizon because pretty much everything was close so I had to get to the payments department and get transferred to the fraud department. (Side note, it's amazing how the payment department is always open but Customer Service is not lol ) Continuing, So we got a hold to the fraud department they said they cut his phone off due to not showing proof of driver license, we couldn't believe it. We explain to the Lady what happened the lady admitted that everything we said was true and apologize, but would not turn the services back on until she got a copy of his drivers license within 24 hours, if not they will canceled everything. My son was super disgusted with the service and the lack of communication he went and turned everything into Verizon and went right over next-door to AT&T and got service with them when he got back from Las Vegas . Also when he turned everything end they were giving him hell at the store, I had to come down there just freaking ridiculous soon after that I transfer my service over to AT&T as well and I've been with Verizon for 13 years. To make a long story short, after going to the Apple store with my Macbook Pro (2018 model) that had both a non functioning track pad and keyboard they told me a replacement of the "top case" (meaning the whole integrated keyboard, track pad and battery) would be approx $600 which was similar to the remaining value of the computer. Like with previous computers, there comes a time where the money to fix the box seems better applied to getting a new box and just updating the whole rig. So I spent $2800 on a new MBP but kept my appointment with Premiere to see what could be done about fixing the old computer. Apple was not taking new service appointments for some reason but they did suggest Premiere as an authorized Apple service provider...so I kept my appointment which was no cost to me until they did some diagnosis etc, so I had nothing to lose by having them take a look. Within about two minutes of checking out my broken box they immediately told me that this funky all-in-one "top case" design was a known headache and Apple itself offered a warranty coverage of some sort and that the whole top case could be replaced for $130 total. I had them do the service and then tested the box which was in great shape. I returned the newly purchased box (there is a 14 day no-questions return policy when buying new box from Apple directly) and got my $2800 back. All along the way they were transparent about what they were doing, open with respect to evaluating my box and letting me know there was still 4-5 years of great operating life to be expected, and generally professional. Like I said, I can't recommend them enough and their tech skills were really top notch. I have a great deal of computer knowledge and 30 years of Apple experience specifically. These folks are as good as I have dealt with and have my complete confidence. You can't do any better.
