Then she essentially told me to check myself that I was imagining things (not verbatim but the message was clear). All this probing ended with her saying she couldn't perform an assessment and I should go to Kent. Could have just started and ended with that ma'am. Got off the phone and realized how inappropriate and uncomfortable that entire situation was. If you want someone who actually believes you and will provide help, don't go here.

At first...oh yea we can help. Then...what type of insurance do you have? I only have Medicare Part A...well then there true colors came out. It's going be $200 to $400 for the office visit, and they'll want to do a hearing test also and EVERTHING HAS TO BE PAID IN FULL UP FRONT! When I voiced my concern, the reply was: Well they're "Specialists" WELL...SO WAS I WHEN I WAS AN 18 YR OLD AND IN COMBAT, MAYBE I OUGHT TO SEND THEM A BILL FOR MY SERVICES!
