They were able to quickly determine what would need to be fixed and what was still in working order. The price was competitive and they were able to get started immediately. We finished our shopping for the day and swung back by to pick up the repaired IPad. The shop is VERY VERY new, and they are still working to get the shop products on the shelves. If you have a device that needs some work, I'd recommend giving these guys a shot.

Plus, they could have not done on the same day. They would have to order the parts in order to replace my screen. I also called several other chain screen repair shops. They wanted me to come in for a consultation before they would fix my phone. I was getting very frustrated. On Friday thinking I was just going to need to buy new phone with all the prices being between 160 and $200 for a screen repair. Friday, September 20 at 7 PM I decided to look 1 more time. I found this store (I fix and repair) inside the Cornelia Walmart. The store was open until 830. By the time I got there it was 8:05. I brought my phone in and showed the guy the damage. He was pleasant and told me he could get my phone repaired and out the door in about 20 minutes. He was a super nice person. This is a family business. And within 25 minutes he had me fixed with a new screen and screen protector and out the door for under $100. I believe if you would bring a phone to most places, and they only had 1/2-hour before they closed. That they would turn away business. Not this guy, he was like. You give me 20 minutes and I will get you taken care of. It is a small shop inside the Cornelia Walmart. They have accessories and phones to purchase inside their store as well. I would highly recommend him. I will for sure be back to this store. The store has great hours for the working person. It is close and very convenient

My first impression was that I had "interrupted" the four associates who were all sitting and playing on their devices. One associate, named SHEILA was not just rude. She literally rolled her eyes at me. All of my questions were met with a very bad attitude from her. There was NOTHING professional about her interaction with me. The lady Myranda was very helpful and I would give her a 4 star. She was very thorough and kind, but if SHEILA were employed by ME, she would be UNEMPLOYED as of tomorrow. The technician said the equipment on the pole was so old it cannot carry more than 100 MB service , no way could it do 250 mag that I've been paying for for over two years . Even after they fixed it it really wasn't even that much better , may be a little more stable. If you pay for 250 meg service , you get 200 if you pay for 500 meg you get 414. Meg customer service is a joke tech-support's not any better. I finally got rid of all of their equipment after years, I finally was told I could buy my own modem that would work with there system. It's so old , but if there was any other provider in North Georgia market I would do that. Now with 500 meg service I still can't watch a movie with out it stoping . with 1 TV .... 500 meg service should run at least 30 devices and not miss a bet...
