Waited. Waited. Waited some more. There were five people standing in line and one guy behind the counter. He was chatting and laughing with the person at the counter, clearly not in a hurry at all, despite the store full of people and the line not moving. The store was also nearly empty of merchandise- one center half-counter with mostly cards and the like on it. Hardly any phones or tablets out for display, only few accessories. One of the worst stores I've been in, honestly... I've never seen anything like it.
We ended up leaving after the line didn't move for 5 minutes, and as were driving we home, we saw a brand new one just off Route 30 in Gap, like 3 minutes down the road. We almost didn't stop, but glad we did. It was AMAZING, full of great stuff, tons of merchandise, and the staff was attentive and helpful. (There were two of them in an empty store, owner on site.) We found what we needed at a CRAZY-good price because the owner was doing huge promotions. My husband even asked how he stays in business selling tablets at that price. I was going to give it a 5 star review, but it's not even on Yelp yet because it's so new.
It was like the difference between Walmart and Macy's. So I would suggest going to the brand new one in Gap if you need something. And to the one in the Parkesburg, you better revamp your store and hire more employees, or you'll probably get put out of business. read more
