I'll preface this with the fact that I am planning on ditching this phone as soon as the new one comes out, and I just needed something cheap and easy to carry me until this September. If that sounds like you, these guys are the right choice. Had these guys fix a cracked phone (front and back) and, while quick and affordable, the replacement parts are rather low quality. Back glass seems perfectly fine, other than the fact that my MagSafe charging isn't as secure as it once was. I had major issues with my screen after it was fixed but the staff were quick to help me out, even gave me a most of my money back for the display (I had already taken the phone to apple to get an OEM screen put on, and could not get them to give me the screen from these guys to return for a proper refund; all in all I'd say this is fair). All in all Id recommend these guys if you need a cheap quick fix so you can still qualify for apples early upgrade program or a trade in promotion, but if you're looking for a long term repair, it's best to go to the apple store for genuine apple parts that'll last you. Hopefully soon the Right To Repair movement will reach a point where all of these small business owners can get their hands on genuine parts for proper fixes and we can stop relying solely on a tech giant like Apple for our repairs and give our money back to the local guys.

Dana Salce did a fantastic job of customer service as well as effectively helping me meet my goals…read moreof getting a new phone in a cost efficient manner. It was obviously at the end of a long week as I cane in and him and his teammate were debriefing on various issues encountered. Several customers came and went while I was in this store. Dana swiftly took care of their needs while continuing my transaction that had many facets. If it was a longer need, Dana delegated the task to his co-worker. After having the transaction requiring a trade in, some adjustments to the account and other options, Dana's coworker retrieved a Pelican case from the rear of the store and expertly installed it right in the store. I am very happy with Dana's service, his co-worker's help and Dana's ability to communicate directly when he had 2-3 customers at different stages of transactions to complete. It would seemingly be very easy to be quick or perceived as rude in situations like this but Dana was composed, yet direct as he kept things moving. I am very happy with this store's ability to multi-task politely and provide an incredible product with a reminder to come back if they could help with anything in the future.

I have an email that had four small printouts. They were one page each, and I was having a hard…read moretime at the self service machine. So I waited in line to ask for help and have it printed by the person in the print shop. And he proceeded to tell me once I got to the front of the line that he was too busy he couldn't possibly print those out. He had a ton of print jobs. He was really unprofessional and a little bit whiny. I have never been treated this way. At the Staples on Route 31 before. When and if, I print something there again, I will look for someone else to help me. I was very disappointed.

There is a great number business card suppliers online, but my solution was found a half mile away at my local STAPLES. Staples offers an amazing array of cards for every type of business and need. These also come at a very reasonable cost. Where Staples created the need for me to write a Yelp! is how their customer service was far exceeding many of the businesses I wrote about. Ordered on Sunday night, I picked up my cards (hopefully my picture will come out on this Yelp!) that we're able to represent the different ventures I pursue. Jessie, the Print and Marketing Supervisor put together my order. She thoroughly checked every card and threw in a few extra for my wait. She was kind, attentive and knowledgeable in her working with me. On a return visit, I met Ruth. An incredibly helpful and friendly cashier who told me about future sales for teachers and upon request, gave me the directions on how to complete a survey for them. I missed it by one day unfortunately. What was amazing about Ruth and this organization is that Ruth uses a walker to sit on and to get around with the wheels. This tells me that Staples hires diversity and recognizes hard work not disabilities. Finally, I have always loved this store and the various teacher solutions and technology solutions that is provides. Do Salatino, the general manager, runs a good ship, helping employees, shoppers and businesses meet their needs.
