This is not a good store. Really overpriced and not the best service. A couple of the staffers are alright. But you have to be aware it's not really a Verizon store. They are authorized for goods, but not an actual Verizon store. You're better off going to the real deal. read more

The latest iPhone update completely broke my husband's phone, and after hours on the phone with Verizon they concluded that we had to get a new phone. Since my husband needs the phone for business, we rushed 45 minutes away to this store to get a new one. We arrived at 4:30, they close at 5, as the woman behind the counter promptly informed us as she was counting coins loudly into the till. Still, she reluctantly deigned to try to help us. As we were trying to deal with her, the salesperson behind us was also being openly hostile to his customer. We didn't end up buying a phone today. Terrible service and attitude. read more

I asked a simple question about living in New Hampshire and the ability to order an item online for pickup in order to avoid sales tax and was sarcastically told "you don't get diplomatic immunity because you live in New Hampshire and don't want to pay sales tax" and I was told I was "trying to cheat the system." Lots of other unneeded sarcastic comments that were not needed just for asking a simple yes or no question. read more

After having a poor experience at a different wireless service location, I went against my instinct and decided to try this shop to replace a broken phone that was not yet due to upgrade. Much to my surprise, the assistant manager Kaity was the most helpful phone person I've ever dealt with, and was able to upgrade an older device on our plan and swap the lines around to replace the phone. She told me about current device promotions and helped me choose and activate the phone. She also told me about a huge promo for the iPhone 7, which I wound up preordering for myself. She was patient with me and it was a great experience all around! I usually avoid "authoriZed Verizon dealers" but have no hesitation recommending her especially if you have a complicated situation, like I did. Thank you! I discovered that I purchased a new phone for nothing. The whole reason to get the new phone was to have space for my pics. and family/friend videos. Only screenshots and Whatsapp images are on the new phone. All the regular pictures from the phone are gone. I was to pay off the old phone but this Verizon store kept it, so pics from trips around the world are all gone. read more

Very good experience. This weekend my friend got her phone stolen, so yesterday we went to this Go Wireless location to get her a new one. Seth and Dominique were the two associates that helped us out, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. We were there for a while as there were complications with getting her a new phone (not related to Go Wireless), but Seth and Dominique stayed patient and helped her work through the issues. They stayed on top of making sure we were aware of all deals and promotions that were going on and made sure that overall we had the best experience we could. Highly recommend. read more

I signed up for a discount for auto billing. I did not receive the discount but signed up for the service. I never received the discount and they said too bad you did not notice that it was wrong on the bill. read more

After having a horrible experience at the Verizon store over on main street in Bennington Vermont, my boyfriend talked me into going to this one. I'm so happy he did cause not only did they help us add my boyfriend to my account and set him up with an awesome phone but they even fixed the horrible situation I was in from the first store. Seth and Kaity are awesome and I will only go to that store from now on! They were so professional and handled the issues that I had with no problems at all :) the experience I had here tops any other Verizon store that I've ever been to! My boyfriend and I were so happy, just want the manager Nick to know that he should be more than happy with the team he has in his store! read more

After a bad experience at another store, I was very pleased with the assistance here. I was helped by Kyle who was pleasant, professional, and helpful - all you can ask for in a process that usually sucks, in my experience. Nick was fantastic. He went above and beyond. I have now upgraded 3 phones with him and every time he is very funny and professional. On one occasion he just started his lunch break but when he heard my voice he came right out to help me. I don't think I I've ever seen him not smiling. read more
