I don't think they deserve a star but have to put something. I locked my sim card after hours on the phone I was told to go get a free new sim at the local Verizon. I spoke with Emily a supervisor who was not only rude she should not be a supervisor when she knows nothing about a Verizon phone and plan. She insisted my phone was not compatible when I asked about the 50.00 plan I had purchased days before she said i was shit out of luck. Debbie was also present she was also rude. I wouldn't recommend this store for support or anything else for that matter they are not helpful at all. Needless to say I stayed persistent and guess what I'm using my phone now so Debbie And Emily look at me. now! You both need a lot more training read more

When I came in they greeted me right at the door and talking to any single person in this store is incredibly enjoyable. Allison was terrible! I pre-ordered an iPhone and put down a $50 deposit. Went I received the email confirmation directly from Verizon it had the wrong phone listed. I called the store multiple times and they kept leaving messages for Allison to call back to confirm the correct phone was ordered. She would not return phone calls (probably because she knew she screwed up.) Finally I went into the store and she stated she would talk to her rep and get back to me by 7pm. Never heard from her. The next day I called the store and same thing left a messages with no calls back. Finally today I call and was unable to talk to her but they said they couldn't get the correct phone. This has made me want to switch cell phone carriers! I will NEVER AGAIN use Cellular plus. I recommend just going straight through the Verizon website. Hopefully I will eventually get my $50 back. read more
