I don't hand out 5-star reviews lightly, but Keith at Verizon absolutely earned it. We got all our MONEY back from being overcharged! :) I came in frustrated over billing issues and concerns about being overcharged!!! Keith spent well over an hour helping me, and what stood out most was his professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. He was able to recall important notes, dates, and account history from interactions that happened anywhere from 54 days ago to just a couple of weeks ago. Impressive What really impressed me was how he handled a potentially tense situation. When another representative began discussing the issue....I couldn't contain my frustrating any longer but , Keith immediately stepped in and calmly de-escalated the conversation. He listened, stayed composed, and focused on finding solutions instead of creating more confusion. Keith made me feel heard, respected, and valued as a customer. STAY. AWAY!! We went there because it was really close to our house. Never again for anything in the future. We reported them to the Verizon customer service and hopefully they can get rid of them. Worst experience ever and we're still trying to deal with the mess created. We were hoping to switch carriers from T- Mobile and in the process get "free phones." Well it seemed to start out nicely. But all the trouble happened once we left the store and found out what was going on. We worked with Neemonnie at least twice (second time because we thought she could resolve my issue). We got new phones, but half of us had to get the phones done at a different location, and have it switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon. That was a mess because it took almost a whole day to try to switch it over because they were out-of- town. We asked Neemonnie specifically whether we would be charged extra fees for each phone and she said, "no." When we went home, we found out that we were charged extra fees even though we were told it was not. Sticker shock. The second surprise was they were going to charge us for internet, even though we didn't order it. A router was delivered to our house and we were puzzled. So we called customer service and tried to fix it. We tried to return the router and took it to the UPS store because the Verizon store said they couldn't return it. When we went to the UPS store, they said to make sure we saved the receipt for at least 3 months in case something happened. I'm glad that they told us because It took a while for anything to be resolved. Customer service said that they never got the router. After 7 phone calls and two months later, hopefully we got it taken care of. Mainly getting the credit back for the internet and router that we never ordered. And we we're charged for the few days that we "used" the internet. Customer service said that they never got the router even though I kept giving the UPS tracking number and the day it arrived at their warehouse. Then, one of our family members was charged For extra data usage, but when we talked to our family member they said they did not order it. We still have to talk to customer service about that because we're just too tired to have to work with them. We can't wait for 3 years When our phone will be paid off so that we can switch back to T-Mobile or some other carrier. read more

One of my biggest problems I have walking into a carrier store is the long and tiring process of explaining and resolving issues. Thankfully this is not a problem for this location. Everyone worked with professionalism and intentionality toward all my concerns and questions. I could tell they had genuine concern for me as a customer and were quick to resolve any issues. These guys have duped my mom and now me. 1. i should have learned my lesson after they lied and sold her an iPad saying it was free with a free iPhone purchase.. we noticed that her bill sky rocketed and they were charging her for the iPad monthly.. 2, I added a new line for my daughter and got her a new iPhone with a Traded the cost was to be only $199 I paid 199 on my credit card. About 9 months later my wife noticed that they had been charging us monthly for the phone.. I went into the store and spoke to a very rude guy. He refused to help and said call Vzw call Center. DO NOT GO HERE!! Last time I got a phone from this store it took me going back 3 times and half a day to get service on it. Had to buy a new phone, After I spent $1100 on my new phone I asked them to verify the service was transferred over since last time was a bad experience, They told me it would cost $39.99 if they touched the phone for any reason. I said no, got home, phone didnt work out of the box, had to spent 5 hours between verizion phone support and ultimately had to go to another verizion store to get the phone to work. Verizion phone support told me Verizion stores should not charge a fee to check service issues, this place is a scam in that reguard. read more

Unable to show us on the website where they list the details of the plans. He is intolerant of older people. We did not all grow up with text. The manager here is not very helpful either. Be careful dealing with employee name, Romario. He commit fraud in their transactions! I should have read the review below before going to this store. He recommended I install internet with a 30-day trial period, but they charged me $300 for equipment and a $130 monthly fee in the first month. Additionally, they switched my account to a business account without any proof of documents, and my monthly bill increased from $140 to $430. I also traded in my phone for an iPhone 16, but they didn't apply the credit to my account, and I'm still being charged the equipment fee on my monthly bill. read more

Im an existing verizon customer and want to use the trade in offer they had. Darryl and Jordan advised that if i wanted the trade in offer by Verizon, there would be an added $280-$300 one time service cost. This is actually not in policy and is a way for them to force expensive accessories on the customers. The line activation fee is actually $39.99 and there is no one time service cost on the receipt. I checked with other Verizon stores and they confirmed that the added on accessories are not mandatory. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! By the way, the store owner just copy pastes every negative review with the same "oh sorry please email corporate and have them take the blame." For all the yelp and google reviews while they do nothing. What a disgusting business practice. read more

Wow. I am over the edge now. I bought a new iPhone 16 pro max 2 weeks ago, after a week there was a sensor glitch on the phone and I go back and fourth until they finally agree to exchange the phone when I go in I was helped by a young bigger Latina lady who asked for my credit card information because she said she was REFUNDING ME $40. When I asked her why she said it was for refunding me for the set up fee. I checked my statement today and I see that she charged me $40. I have screenshots and proof from a different representative. That stated I was not going to be charged anything as well so this is just next level puts me over the edge and this is FRAUD BY THE WAY. This can easily be a story that goes viral on the Internet with proof of my screenshots of everything destroying the reputation of the store if I'm not refunded my $40 and then another $40 like how I was promised this is not going to end up pretty. read more

*Beware: this store is an authorized Verizon dealer called Victra. Because of that they charged additional fees that they do not disclose. The customer associate lies to get you to buy a phone, they obfuscate the facts and mislead you. When you ask questions they stumble and make things up. I bought a new iPhone here and was told I was only paying taxes on it. When I reviewed my receipt I noticed they charged me $39 for "new phone set up" which I explicitly declined because I wanted to set up my own phone. But that's not the point, if you charge me for phone set up you should explicitly say that (not call it taxes) and when I say I don't want you to set it up that $39 shouldn't be charged! They also charge you an additional $10 for "remaining phone balance" but when I ask the associate what that is for they say "it just is." I had to ask ChatGPT which clearly explained that is a Victra fee. It gets worse, I convince them to refund me the set up fee because they obviously did not set up my phone and if you paid with Apple Pay they cannot process a return. They said go bring the physical card or get a check in the mail in 2 weeks. Since it's the 1980s... it's ridiculous. Just order your phone online and be done with it. read more

In this day and age. Customer service should be at its highest. I came into this location to make a payment. They refused to take my cash payment. He told me that I had to go to another store. And for that reason, if they can't do something simple as take a payment. For the past 5 years I have only come to this location because all the CS Reps here knows what the words, not just, "good" but "EXCELLENT/OUTSTANDING Customer Service" means. Recently I have had to come several times for various reasons and Keith Bambrick, store manager has assisted me...and I would give him a triple 5-star rating. His patience and assistance and guidance on all matters has been flawless. We walked in to inquire iPhone trade-in and upgrade as an existing Verizon customer. Darryl, a store associate, told us there is a one time "mandatory set up fee" for $280 dollars including phone screen, phone case, charger and lens protector that we HAVE TO pay if we want to get the phone from Verizon. It sounded so suspicious and turned out it's not the case as we double checked with other store. What a SCAM!!! Absolutley DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! They are scam artists who tell you one thing and then turn around and do another thing behind your back. I was just there in March to sign up for an additional line. It should have been a simple transaction. Instead we were there for 3 hours! The girl behind the counter didn't know what she was doing and kept asking her Manager to help us. At first they quoted us a cheaper bill of $250 bucks a month and today I got my bill and it was doubled $501 a month. I called Corporate and have been on the phone for over an hour and half trying to fix their mistakes. They apparently add 3 additional lines to my account for a total of 6 lines instead of what I had asked for which was to just add 1 extra line. Verizon website showed that this store (Victra) had a phone in stock that I was ordering. So I chose express pickup option. Supposedly they were to prepare my order within 2 hours, but it was nighttime so I waited until the next day. Still no email letting me know the order is ready for pickup. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until 3 PM. When I finally decided to call, they told me there was a mistake and they would have to cancel the order because they actually don't have the phone in stock. I would've appreciated a notification, whether email or phone call, as opposed to ME having to call just to learn I have to place another order through Verizon. Poor customer service. read more

Walked in for some help, was told they couldn't help me, I was referd to a corporate store. All good so far: Called corporate was told that they should help me, but because they are an authorized reseller as a franchisee they have an option of not doing this service. Even that wouldn't have led me to write this review, because rules are rules. Policy is policy, this review is specifically by a gentleman by the name of Josh. Spoke to me very condescendingly, and made sure in front of my kids to embarrass me. I was having a good day, and I hope you are I hope that the owners of this franchise take a good look at the people that are working for him for her, and do a little bit more and making sure the customer service is a priority. They are very careless and rude. They took my cash payment for a prepaid card($110 in total), and we got the phone#. The new phone# worked at this store and we linked the new phone# with all the bank accounts. But a couple of hours later we found that the number didn't work and another person was using the same number. We went back to the store the next morning and the sales person Drew P admitted that the phone number was taken by another person and they could not get it back for us. The problem was caused because they didn't pay Verizon and the billing was not completed. We requested a refund because we were very unhappy with their service.
