I've never dealt with such unprofessional and lazy workers in my life. The lack of effort and customer support this branch lacks is astonishing. I went in for a replacement device and the manager was more than willing to leave me in the front of the store alone to "figure it out on the store tablet". The gentleman running the store was in such a rush to get me out. Do not go to this store. As much as we pay a month for a business account, you'd think they wouldn't be so worthless. One of the best Verizon stores I've been to. I came in to upgrade my phone after I had a mess of trying to do it online. Jose was the best. He listened to what I wanted and helped me resolve everything right away. He was professional and didn't once try to pressure me into buying something I didn't want or need. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. He made the process easy and quick. 10/10 recommend this store and Jose! read more

Our phones are 2 months old and i have been givin the run around since 2 weeks after getting them. The phone's overheating and glitching and everything. Nobody wants to fix this issue besides getting us refurbished phones... im not paying full price for a used phone. Plus they put my account on restriction for no reason and now im fighting with them to get a replacement a week before my son is due. The phones are getting so hot i can cook an egg on them. But yet nobody wants to fix the problem. read more

Wonderful staff and process! Worked with Yoshua at the Janseville Verizon store mostly and also chatted with the manager as well. Both were wonderful. Got me in quickly and made sure I was getting what I really wanted. Although were busy did not seem rushed at all or upsold on anything unnecessary. Thank you! read more

UPDATE to 11/17/2013 review: Approximately 45 minutes after explaining my experience with Verizon on Yelp, I received a message from Lena at Verizon. She expressed regret for the run around I have received in the effort of getting my $400 back. She said I had spent so much time and effort on a very simple process (her words). She then asked for my account number or mobile number so that we could get this resolved. I replied back that I had no account number as I am not a Verizon customer but I did give her my phone number. Of course, I heard nothing back. Two days later, on 11/19/2013, I messaged her again with my phone number and asked her for any assistance or information. It has been a week and still nothing. No message, no phone call, no money. PLEASE stay away from this company. There are plenty of other wireless providers out there. If they are doing this to me, how many others out there have lost their money?? Just goes to show...big business does not care about us as people. Don't be the next victim of this shoddy company. read more

I can't say enough good things about this store and their employee, Roger. I lost my phone in the Rome, Italy airport, came home and was sure it would take me weeks to get my life back in order. Roger quickly found out I had insurance (I forgot about this) and a new phone was delivered overnight. The next day, I took the phone in and he cut through all the techy stuff that would have taken me hours to understand and initiate. He put on a new screen protector for me and taught me a few tricks about owning an Apple phone. He checked and double checked to make sure it was working properly before I left. I was so relieved I was very nearly brought to tears. I also noticed these employees worked together as a team and were very efficient. They have set the bar for any other Verizon store I walk into. read more

Very disappointed we have brought and upgraded are iPhones there for several years but today my wife was having trouble with her iPhone and stop in to see if they could help. She was treated very rudely. They wouldn't even look at the phone. Told her to go to a apple store or buy a new. Very disappointing don't think we will go back. read more

The salespeople are nice, but technically incompetent when it comes to their own policies. We tried to move a line to another account and went in to ask about it. The saleslady assured us several times it would be no problem. We bought the phone and came in to do the transaction, and we were told we could NOT move the line. Strike 1. Isreal, the salesman told us 11/3/2017 that instead, we could keep the lines together and just activate the new phone on the old account for $108 per month. We went home to sleep on it, and when we came in the next day 11/4/2017, Isreal told us we could not do it after all. We now have to pay to have two accounts open for a month. They offered no compensation for having misled us. Strike 2. They assured us they could fix this next month, but meanwhile we are paying for two lines. What are the chances they will follow through after being completely wrong twice? We will be looking for another phone provider this month while we wait to find out. read more

I set an "appointment" for right when they opened in the morning. But since I wasn't the first person in the door I had to wait, while walk ins went before me. Clearly they don't get the point of what an appointment is. I think I'll go to a different Verizon store to get service. read more

Went in late one night to fix issues created by a premium retailer (ie not a real Verizon) and was given a solution within minutes. I highly recommend shopping corporate stores over premium retailers. read more

Went in to have my new cell phone setup. Abby was the most pleasant person I have ever met at a cell phone store. She took care of my phone quickly and efficiently and pleasantly as well even though she knew I was an out of town customer. She is an asset to Verizon and one of the many reasons that I've chosen Verizon as my cell phone carrier. I'm happy that Verizon takes care of my seven phone lines very efficiently at the best cost I have ever found. read more
