Customer service said they could fix it, but the manager literally told me she sent willing to spend the time to call them and would not help me. She was beyond rude to me and her employee to the point I told him he should quit. Abusive manager should never be tolerated. This lady needs to be fired. Their own posted statements detail no charges for service calls needed because of failure of their equipment or connections.
