Easy location, ample parking, I love that I can make an appointment with my favorite rep or drop in with any questions and get quick help. No long lines and confusion like the other Verizon locations I've been to. So many "Pros" ~ I love my new Samsung S5. My rep (Lindsay) was so very efficient, patient when I couldn't make up my mind, even more patient te answering over my 400+ pics from my old phone. She listened to my needs and offered quality products, checked my plan for the best one. I'm feeling more confident knowing that I have a representative a phone call away if I need help. They also gave me credit for donation my old cell phone. My only con: I wish there had been more active floor models to sample. BEWARE Do not get involved with there prepaid service. If you change carriers Verizon will keep any money left on the account and will not refund it I am very curious how much money Verizon steals monthly from people that change carriers. How there theft works is, say you pre pay $120 on your pay in advance account and your monthly bill is $60. You change carriers and there is $60 still pre paid on your account. They do not refund the $60 back to the original payment method, they keep it. Verizon acts so unaware this is happening. read more

The worst customer service I've ever had at a place. Went to activate my phone due to having issues doing it over the phone. The guy refused to help me didn't even listen to why I was there. Why I couldn't activate my phone and transfer the info. All I have to say is if you don't want to do your job find a new one. Zero stars. I will never go back to Verizon. read more

This is the first time I left a Verizon store not frustrated. Tyrell came over to us right away. He was friendly and helpful balancing being professional with compassion. We were frustrated how our messages weren't smoothly changing over to the Google system. Long story short, Tyrell did a great job and restored my faith in Verizon. I would give this location ZERO stars if I could. I came around 5:30. originally, I had an appointment at 5pm and I was running a little late. There was one Caucasian gentleman working in the store, he had reddish brown hair, a goatee, quite skinny, and about 5'10. He was sitting with another customer and my husband and I waited patiently for him to acknowledge us or just say hello when we walked in. He never did. My husband and I sat down after browsing the phone selection, then after 10 minutes went by - he still NEVER said hello or let us know he would be helping us. He walked by the table we sat at and never acknowledged us. Then another customer walks in, and he is still with the same guy that he was helping when we walked in, but the difference was he acknowledged these new Caucasian customers, said hello, and said he would be right with them. I have been a customer with Verizon for over 5 years. I was instructed by the customer service team to go to this location and I was assured my issue would be resolved by the staff at this location. The guy that worked there only acknowledged the other caucasian customers and completely ignored my husband and I. I walked out and left. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the blatant rudeness, prejudice, and behavior of this Verizon Employee. I will not be coming back to this store and recommend everyone else not to waste their time. read more

Very disappointed in Verizon. When my time is up I'm gone. We went in for three lines. We were sold on two new IPhone 15 Pros and $50 per line. During the first week I had so many drop calls and a loud noise in my phone. I was told by t was others phone not mine. It proceeded to happen. I kept complaining to no avail. Then I got the first bill.... I knew then something was wrong. In the store again. I was told it would take a few months but it will be okay, they will issue credits. Still complained about my phone. The other 15 pro on the account started hearing the noise too and she was dropping calls too. We went to the Apple Store in Tacoma. That was also a waste of time. Finally went back into the store complaining about our bill. Guess what, even though we mentioned many times we wanted to $50 per line, we didn't get that. I guess the manager felt he could put us on another plan without telling us. If he'd been honest with us we would have left without the 15 pros and the headaches we are now living with. Yes, they put us on another plan but it's no where near the $50 per month we thought we had. Verizon you are making more than you deserve and can't wait to be gone. read more

there was need to replace my father's phone as the touch screen had a huge dead spot. we stopped in here as it's closest to home. based on the situation going with a contracted phone is just about the worst idea. prepaid is the only way to go. this outfit refused to sell a prepaid phone and swap it onto the existing prepaid account. they even stated that they don't have prepaid phone ability although if I brought them one they could then get it set up for us. yep. we left immediately to go look for someone that would actually be useful. the guy that helped me left me with the impression that sitting at his kiosk doing nothing was more important than getting me taken care of. read more

Michael K assisted my 74 year old not tech saavy brother by selling him a $1,500 (paid cash) phone, tablet, watch package and cellular service sufficient for gaming. The package included upselling him with a $30 case, $65 glass protection, each for all 3 items- $195, 3 USB cables for $140, etc. Once my brother got home, he realized he was not capable of operating any of the equipment, returned it to the store 4 days later and should have been refunded cash or a credit to his debit card. It's been a week, store manager won't talk to me unless he sees me in person, didn't even apologize. This is elder financial exploitation at it's worst. They should be ashamed of themselves. Don't let your elder relatives or friends shop in this store. read more

Had a great experience today with Brandon Collins of the Lacey WA Verizon store. Brandon was able to figure out why I was not connecting with the internet while on the road. I had previously went to another Verizon location and they were unable to assist me. Brandon spent a good 30 minutes trying to find out what the issue was and he was successful! I am so grateful that Verizon has the good sense to hire him. He was pleasantly easy to communicate with and all in all a very nice guy. Absolutely atrocious! After dealing with Yelm and now this place!! I wanted to exchange my phone that I got 2 weeks ago the S21 Ultra! No one went over any receipt with me to let me know I needed to keep the stupid box and then there manager Marissa told them to charge me double the restocking fee! I talked to customer service and they said what they did was wrong that the restocking fee is only 35$ and then Marissa went on to say the restocking fee is up to the discretion of the store! Are you kidding me so they could charge anything and basically screw you! They also screwed up my order removing my promotion from my trade in. The customer service told me that when the phone that I traded gets to the warehouse it'll look like I traded it in for 0$. Corporate couldn't even find my receipt in there system! There receipt doesn't even say you have to have the box to return or exchange it, the receipt only goes over if the item is returned or exchanged without the RECEIPT. She outright refused to refund me the second restocking fee telling me she wasn't going to do it and that not even customer service would make her. I've worked in retail for 10 years and this is bad business. She then told me I could return the phone I got yesterday, oh but wait they refused to give me the box for it so how would that work!?!? She went on to say because I kept your box. So it's okay if they want to do it but not if the customer wants too. So screwed up. I'll be cancelling with Verizon and going to AT&T even if I have to spend more money with them simply because I'm am so appalled by there "discretion" and they way Go Verizon runs there stores. read more

Do not go here. Service is terrible. Managers are non existent. Ordered new iPhone thru them and when it arrived they could not give it to me because of "internal inventory problems". They made little effort to get issue resolved. I had to call them every single day to find out what was happening and spur them on. Twice asked that "manager call me" for update and never happened even once. After 8 days finally got phone. They tried to charge me more then the advertised price and the manager on duty refused to honor a commitment taken from original salesperson to throw in a phone case at no charge. I do not recommend this store as a go to facility. Curtis the first employee we spoke to was very helpful and he ordered a phone for us, but when went to pick up our phone order Salinda was on duty with a guy who just stood there. Non of the promotions promised by Curtis were available with her. We purchased anyway and spent numerous hours on the phone with Verizon to get things resolved. The employee not the business upset us. Reading other reviews I think customer service is a real problem there, I am not the only one with a bad experience. read more

This store has exceptionally low customer service. The first time we visited, we weren't even greeted for 20/25 minutes, let alone helped with our issue. When my new iPhone came in, I decided to give them another shot because everyone has an off day, right? Wrong. A lady employee was very kind but was new on the job and is still learning the ropes. We struggled a little bit getting my phone activated but over all, she worked very hard to be helpful. The issue I have is with the support she was getting from her team. I watched as the manager and another employee stood around chatting while she tried to help three separate parties. They didn't greet customers as they came in or offer to help her as she was clearly struggling and the customers became frustrated. I finally had to ask the store manager to come help her and he seemed very put off by the request. Just disappointing. We'll be taking our business elsewhere in the future. read more
