When I asked to speak with the owner/manager, I was told that he was in Texas. When I spoke to him, he was also unhelpful and used the same language when speaking to me. The customer service was rude and even hostile. They refused to replace the phone that THEY BROKE!!! If you value your time, money, and property DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I don't know who these "reviewers" are, but they are not telling the truth.

He asked me what the problem is and I asked if he did not have the work order that took 1 hour of my life to describe previously. He said the office people are stupid, not local and do NOT communicate with them. They now say its inside and I have to wait until TUESDAY and I can't get credit because tech came and I wouldn't let him in. I was not home because I was told it was an outside service issue. Lies. I will have my equipment waiting for them when they arrive because this is extremely poor customer service. AT&T you just lost a customer over $11. Smart business decision.
