They just wander around and stare at you. Despite checking in they just sit on their phones and do nothing. 2 people being helped, 4 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Do yourself a favor and just skip this store. Verizon needs to hire better. read more

horrible manager. Our sales person said to come in at a certain time to get our new phones activated. We went and it was not on the manager's iPad. The manager would not help us and that we needed to make an appointment through him. He wouldn't even talk to the sales person who was right there. The store was totally empty. He said the next slot was in a few days. I needed to go out of town so we had to go to an independent phone dealer, wait 45 minutes till they got back from, and pay on top of the typical activation fees extra to get our phones. they also sold us a phone case that broke right away. Next time I had a problem I went to the Davenport store. Extremely nice people. read more

Arrived unannounced Saturday Nov 27, 2021 1535. Right away the manager greeted us at the door and we checked in. Within a very reasonable amount of time we connected with their top agent Antonio after browsing their vast selection of devices and accessories. Antonio was polite, knowledgeable and knew exactly how to engage costumers that aren't up to speed with Verizon promotions or account add-ons like the Disney plus bundle. I had an appointment. No service after 15 minutes from the appointment time (and we arrived, checked in 15 minutes before as requested). We did not get "checked in" to the system by the general manager until 5:07pm by 5:14, we were still waiting. I do not recommend this location. Very poor customer service. read more

Tom and Aubrey went above and beyond to help us get our new Galaxy 7 phones. They were just so awesome. My daughters new baby was upset and they helped her get to a chair to nurse him and made her feel very comfortable while still assisting me to get my phone set up. I just can't say enough about how amazing these 2 were to our visit to the store. Definitely A+ Thank you Verizon!!!!! read more

This Verizon location does not even deserve one star. The people who work here are so rude and unhelpful, I go out of my way to go to a different location if I need to. They do whatever they can to get out of helping you with your issue, including pretending the problem does not exist and trying to convince you its in your head to avoid doing anything about it. read more

Terrible. Just terrible. I am not sure how many people you screw out of military discounts. Instead of telling them to do more paperwork, you just mark them as incomplete in your system. Same on you. At least the provider off Elmore in Davenport helped point me in the right direction. Avoid the South Park location at all costs. They are a bunch of frauds. read more

Frank the store manager was no help he hung up on me at the end of the call and could not provide a solution. This store is a joke and has terrible customer service stealing upgrade eligibility from other accounts should never happen. A manager should never hang up the phone on a customer because they cannot provide the correct information. Frank you're a wonderful and ambassador for Verizon NOT. Y'all suck big. This Verizon store is a joke. People if you need anything from Verizon go anywhere but here. They say they are a corporate store but do not honor corporate policies. I had a upgrade available on my second line which was a tablet line I wanted to use that upgrade for a phone since my tablet didn't need upgrading they said I couldn't do that. Ugh that's funny because when I called Verizon (611) they said I could. They also said that store (South Park) could do it as well. South Park Verizon still refused to do it. So I went through (611) on my phone and am having the turbo 2 shipped to my house for the upgrade price... Kiss my A£€... So last year I purchased a new cell phone from Sprint. Like an idiot I dropped it in water about 2 wks later. I paid the $100 fee to get a new phone because it was my fault. Since then I've been extra careful with my phone making sure to keep it away from all liquids. Four the pst 4-5 months the phone has been acting up. Take it to a Sprint store for the 2nd or 3rd time for them to tell me this phone has water damange and is rusted. The representative basicly told me I'm a liar and I have done something to the phone so I have to either pay full price for another phone or pay another $100 to Asurion to replace it again for something I didn't do. read more

Great service at this store. When I switched over from Sprint the people were very helpful and the process was smooth and easy. The people were very helpful making sure I understood how to use my phone and making sure I understood everything on my account. I would highly recommend this store. read more
