Go to a different store like i did. Carlos refused to help, told me no outright whenever i tried to show them what the app told me to do to return my router. Told me it cant be returned despite the website saying i need to return it or ill be charged. But conveniently he told us to submit a claim online so he could get commission??? The 5G home internet is a waste of your money and time. It also comes with a 30 day notice before cancellation. I'm moving out pretty soon so I have to keep paying their monthly bill which I'm paying $70 a month that I'm not getting the full benefit from It. Promised a 250-300mbps but only getting maybe 110 on a good day for this thing to work. Just realize they don't have enough cell towers to provide their internet service only CDE and AT&T I say that because you can go onto to the FCC website and check on your local network provider that best fits in the area. read more

I have always enjoyed Verizon's National coverage until I got to Clarksville, TN. Coverage here is spotty despite continuing to pay top dollar. Stoped in this authorized dealer to discuss my bill and ways to save money. The customer representative was extremely helpful and friendly. This is the 2nd time I had to deal with the same confrontational salesman that knew more than everyone else. Verizon had me return an iPad because the salesman attached a detail saying that I could not change the plan unless I paid for the entire iPad. Mr Know-it-all refused to accept Verizon's assessment of the situation and told me they were wrong. Rather than argue with the agent Verizon had sent me a mailing label to return the iPad, so I mailed it back. I'll go back because of its convenience but I'll NEVER deal with this agent again. read more

Suffice it to say I'll never shop here again and might be switching away from Verizon while in this area in general. The Verizon service on post at Fort Campbell is atrocious, but that's not my issue with this store. I ordered a new Apple Watch and they called me after a week to say it had arrived. I came in but found out it was at the wrong store across town. They offered to pick it up for me and I returned in two days. I returned in two days and they said it hadn't arrived and it would be there in two more days. They also said they tried to call me, which is a flat out lie. Come on people, the phone tells me who calls. They didn't leave a voicemail and didn't text me. Thanks for really trying hard to let me know. I gave them a little extra time (even though they said two days) and returned after a week. The watch still wasn't there! I had to drive across town to their partner store. I asked if they could give me a discount for having to spend an hour driving across town, they said no. Cool, thanks for all your help. Finally, I get to the other store across town and they charge me a mandatory $35 set up fee to do something I could do own my own. Again, thanks for that. Cellular sales could not care less about customer satisfaction. No problem, I'll never come back. Thanks for making that the easiest decision ever. read more

I stopped by to buy an Apple Watch. I was in and out within half an hour. The last time I was here 2 years ago was a 3/5 experience but this time it was a 100000/5 experience. I really wish I had gotten my salesperson's name because they were so nice and helpful. The person who helped me was a younger woman with short hair. She provided really great customer service.
