You think the DMV is bad? Try buying a phone at this Verizon location. First of all, the wait is insane. I'm talking several hours long. After finally speaking with one of the employees, I'm realizing it is because no one here has any idea of what they are doing. Something to be aware of is that there is no special discount you get from buying in the store and the employees don't know more about the phones, your plan, or your bill than you do based on the online portal. They are a middleman. The representative we spoke to seemed annoyed to be dealing with customers. I'm not sure of his name, but his identifying feature was oddly wearing sports goggles. I was trading in my iPhone 14 for a 16 pro. He side-eyed me and said in a leary tone "....so what's wrong with your phone?" Um, nothing, it is in perfect condition. Am I not allowed to want a new phone with a better camera? He then told me the trade in value for a phone is "random." Yes, he said "the computer randomly assigns a trade in value. It could be $700, it could be $800, there is no way to tell." Which is simply not true. He also was very confused by our plan/bill, which WE ended up walking him through. Finally, he said "yeah....I don't think you should buy a phone today. Your bill will either be $40 cheaper or $10 more a month." First of all, I never asked for recommendations based on the bill. Second of all, how do you NOT know which it is going to be? I left so frustrated. However, I went home and ordered online which was SO SIMPLE. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

Knew exactly what I wanted. 30 minutes later after sales pitches on service after service that I explicitly said I didn't want...and they finally told me they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock. The most pleasant experience I've had with any carrier! My wife and I went in to upgrade my phone and add her to my plan. Brandon was the absolute best! He was thorough but quick and offered add-ons (like any salesperson should) but was never too pushy during the decision making process. In and out in 30 minutes. My phone needed to be traded in and the value of the trade in was equal to the cost of the new phone. The only issue was the wait. There were 4 employees working and there didn't seem to be an urgency to serve those customers who were patiently waiting for a sales rep. It took 25 minutes but once we had the phone selected, then the paperwork became very predictable. Overall,a decent experience once you are assigned to a service representative. read more

I have not really been much of a fan of phone companies since I have had pretty bad experiences at other ones. We switched to verizon a few years ago and somehow going to verizon tonight is the only time I really remember! First, as you walk into the door, someone greets you and asks how they can help you. Once we said we had an appointment with Nico, the greeter immediately told Nico we were there and we didn't have to wait longer than 5 minutes to see him. I honestly think we only waited 2 minutes for him to actually meet us! Anyways, Nico is probably the most friendly and accommodating customer service representative at a phone place I have every encountered. He spent 30 minutes with us trying to switch phones and other random things we needed to do at verizon today. He did not seem rushed or anything! If I were to need my phone serviced or anything having to do with verizon again, I would definitely come to this location and see Nico! read more

I walked into Verizon and was immediately greeted by a customer service representative or are they called door hostess. Hmmm anyway I asked if she could provide me with the release date of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (BTW I already knew it was 23 Oct but was hoping to receive insider knowledge on an early release). To my utter surprise she was not familiar with the phone which was further supported by a dumbfounded look followed by my befuddled look. I had to explain to her that this was one of the most highly anticipated phones of 2014, it's touted as the NEXT BIG THING all over the Internet, parents are selling their kids on craigslist to sure up extra cash for the phone, Galaxy Note 4 commercials are aired seemingly every 15 minutes mocking the crApple iPhone 6......and you're standing here fully decked out in Verizon garb and don't know about the Galaxy Note 4!!!!????? Went in to order iPad for my kid. iPad it never came. The number the sales rep gave me a number that nobody answers and the voicemail is full. You can't call the store because they transmit to the call center. All of Verizon is trash these days but this store makes me want to pay half the price and get any other carrier. read more

Worst customer service of the Verizon stores in town. Always understaffed, long waits, and incompetent staff when they do finally get around to helping you. Plus it feels like a Jiffy Lube, totally focused on the upsell. The worst thing was when I ordered a phone online for in-store pickup and they tried to charge me $50 extra when I picked it up! I think Verizon is the best mobile phone company for the area, but steer clear of this location. read more

Worst Verizon that I have ever been to. Walked in and never got acknowledged and thought that someone might come and help in a of couple minutes. Which was completely fine. Three women had walked in and got acknowledged right away and were helped out with no problem. I was there for a good 30 minutes and decided to leave. I normally never write reviews but this was extremely frustrating considering that only women got acknowledged and I had to wait 30 minutes. I would give this place a 0/5 if I could. Stopped in over my lunch hour and there was only one employee working. He stated I will be with you in a second. Twenty five minutes later and after two people walked out after me a girl walked in to help this one employee. She seemed inconvenienced to be helping me. After explaining my request I found out Verizon couldn't accommodate me. Verizon should reassess their staffing needs. If you have LOTS of time to waste and enjoy a bad attitude from people paid to help you with your service definitely stop in here. Went in tonight to just purchase a charger. Lady at the door promptly greets me and said she will go get it. She helped two more customers before going. She brought it up to the front desk where one associate was waiting for something. She said someone would ring it up. I waited 5 minutes and said to the associate doing nothing "can you ring this up?" He replied, "did you have to wait just for that? I'm sorry. Sure, I'll ring it up". As he proceeded to ring it, another associate said he would do it and went to help two other clients. I said "no thank you, but thanks for trying". I left without a charger.
