If I could give this place zero I would. It's awful. It's a waste of space. A good fish store would be more useful. It's a scam, I'm not even sure how it's legal. They charge like 300.00 extra per phone for accessories. They charge a 40.00 fee to set up a new phone. They charge 40.00 for a new SIM card, even though version only allows charges to be 5.00 to 20.00. The only way they stay open is by prowling on uneducated people. Absolutely awful service by sales associate Heaven who upsold me two screen protectors, an overpriced case, and a lightning charger under the lie of it being "included" in the sale price of the phone. After realizing this was not the case and attempting a return I was told I could not return the screen protectors as they were liquid glass applied in store at a cost of 65$ for each side of the phone. Very disappointed with the sales team here and their disingenuous sales technique to make their 7% commission. I would highly recommend not making a purchase at this location. read more

My iPhone 8 froze and I couldn't restart it, so I took it into this Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer where I bought my phone from two years ago. The rep (wish I'd gotten his name) either was unknowledgeable, or pretended he didn't know how to restart it. Instead, he tried hard to sell me a new iPhone 11. Finally, he said my only other option was to take it to the Apple store, and said they would probably charge me hundreds of dollars and that I'd be better off buying a new phone. I took it to the Apple store, where they instantly restarted it (showing me how to do it), performed a diagnostics and all was 100% again. This experience taught me never to trust somebody who benefits from selling, not solving problems and providing customer service. Avoid this store! read more

Nick Rush was incredibly knowledgeable, gave me sales options without being pushy and just great customer service. I planned to be there at least an hour and I was done in 10 minutes! read more

These guys had absolutely zero interest in helping me figure out how to fix my phone. They tried to reset my network after I told them I tried 100 times already. Then they just started trying to sell me a new phone. Didn't even mention my insurance I had been paying out the nose for. I went to a REAL Verizon store and they gave me a free, new, SIM card a completely resolved my problem. The guy at this place barely even made eye contact with me and thought wiping my phone down was all he needed to do to giving "good customer service". How about not lying to people so you can sell one more phone! I'd give zero stars if it were possible. Do yourself a favor and go to a real verizon store! read more

Worst service I have received in a very long time! Avoid this store. If you need to go to Verizon store go to the store in town. I walked through the doors. No one greeted us. My daughters birthday and was wanting to purchase Gizmo watch. One employee didn't know if it was for sale. Then told me I wasn't next in line. Waited 15 minutes and asked Holly another employee if I could buy the watch. She told me sure but she needed a minute. She then proceeded to have a personal conversation with another customer that was already being assisted. Then she helped another customer that walked in after us. We walked out of the store without the watch. Whoever manages this store either doesn't care or needs to be replaced along with all of the employees on staff today!! This is the worst place to go. Purchased phone case here was not delivered. Went to the store told me it would take another week. I decided to cancel and get my money back. They canceled the return but did not give me my money back. I had to go back again and finally got my money back but not at full price. Not worth all the trouble they put me through. My experience here was horrible. I had a grandfathered Verizon plan with unlimited data and unlimited Wi-fi hotspot use. I bought a new phone, and the manager and his assistant assured me I could change to a cheaper plan and retain these features, so I did. I learned within 24 hours that a key feature had been removed. I asked them to renew my old plan; they made a phone call and told me 'it's done'. When I later checked with Verizon, I learned it wasn't done. The Victra store wouldn't return my calls, and as of today Verizon haven't restored my original plan. I've spent hours on the phone with Verizon, who apologised for the misinformation I was given - but the folks at the Victra store have shown zero interest in helping. I never had any such problems back when it was 'Diamond' - the folks there were great. I'll never go to Victra again. read more

Jordan, an employee at Victa, failed to clearly explain my options in replacing a damaged phone through insurance, rushed me into purchasing a phone that did not work well for my needs (non-reactive touch screen, poor camera, awful case color), and intentionally misrepresented the returns process in such a way that caused me to lose over $100. Very disappointed with the customer service experience here all around. Victra, I hope you do better in the future. read more

Although this store says "Verizon" on the wall, it's not. The boys at Victra tried to cheat me. They fast talked about how the $200 add-on to the Black Friday offer from the Verizon website was a good deal. It wasn't. $100 worth of stuff, and insurance I didn't want but they said was mandatory. I went to an actual Verizon store and got the same thing without the Victra markup. read more

complete shit. watch out. they will charge you for things that you do not need without you knowing. i went in with the intention of putting 600 dollars down towards a phone. i spent 600 dollars that day but instead of 600 going towards my phone, they included 300 dollars worth of accessories in the price. these guys will take you money go somewhere else. verizon as a whole is awesome, these guys should be avoided. read more
