She gave me a disgusted look when I put my phone on the table. "You don't have a screen protector? That'll cost you $850. Your phone is worthless" she said in a condescending manner. My hope is anyone at the mall looking to get a new phone voids this store like the plague. I've been a loyal customer to US cellular for decades and even thought Verizon was the light at the end of the tunnel after this interaction. To wrap a bow on this, I did not end up getting a new phone. I've been to this location multiple times this month as "the monthly deal" keeps changing. It has never changed in my favor. I don't think anyone working here knows what deals are going on. Please read this as the honest truth. Don't go here.

My modem suddenly stopped working yesterday. No internet service and the "power" light was red. I called up this Qwest location and described what I was seeing. The salesman told me to unplug it and plug it back in. Nothing. After 45 seconds of trying to help me, he told me that I'm just out of luck and I MUST purchase a brand new $120 modem. I asked....no alternatives? He gave a stern answer: the only way to solve your problem is to buy a brand new $120 modem. I then called the Qwest international helpline. They also told me to buy a brand new modem. Then, I went to Gamestop (of all freaking places) and made quick mention of my modem problem. The salesman there suggested I buy a new AC adapter for $15 and try it. I bought it and tried it. My modem's now working perfectly. Random Gamestop dude saved me $105. How did random Gamestop guy know more about a Qwest product than the worthless people at Qwest? If Qwest doesn't see this as a problem (clueless/worthless staff), then I'm not sure what else to say.
