Took my 86 year old grandma here after having multiple issues with Verizon's customer service line. We spoke with an employee named Hayley and she was fantastic! She steered us in the right direction and was able to get my grandmas phone working. As far as Verizon's Customer Support line goes, you're better off visiting this store instead. read more

Tyler and Creigton are okay, but you don't get to pick your salesperson here, and I got a chain smokin middle age shrew with dark glasses and who called me "dear the whole time. Which was not long because her attitude stunk so much that I rolled out. I had been there 3 times in a day and a half. Made an ACTUAL appointment and they were 25 mins late helping me and Ieft in 3 mins. As I could tell she was going to be useless. Kept saying the government made her Do things. Um...the USFG does not care that she does not know what she's doing. Left. Went to Andover NON CORPORATE STORE. Was out in ten mins. read more

Highly do not recommend this location. Had an online order ready to be picked up & confirmed by this location. Same day they cancelled the order about 6 hours later. Per the email, order was not to be canceled till the next day near closing hours. If phone was not in stock the order wouldn't have been approved to be ready for pick up. Huge headache! read more

If I could give a zero rating I would. My son was mugged and robbed so I tried to replace his phone as soon as I was financially able. He lives in Wichita and I live in Kentucky. I ordered a replacement phone for store pickup. I got the notice that the phone was ready for pickup and let me son know (his phone and all his ID was stolen) and he walked the eight plus miles to this store. Rather than let him call me from the store the manager was rude to him and all but threw him out of the store because he didn't have a photo ID. I could have provided him any information if he had called. Zero customer service. Btw, my son is a veteran and has been homeless but was just getting on his feet when this happened. WTF! Of course this store has no local number posted. All calls go to corporate. read more

i came in this store to return a charger I ended up not needing. They had to check me in line to wait in a line where people were buying phones and troubleshooting phone issues. i feel like this is ridiculous to wait 45 min to do a 1 minute return/refund. They need someone available to process these quick transactions. read more

I just had an absolutely horrific experience at this store. When I walked in and was greeted, the first thing out of the girl's mouth was "Why are you so sad?" Odd greeting as I'm not even remotely sad. I went in to see about upgrading my phone since it's been 2 years. A girl working with me told me that I won't be able to do it in store since they have no IPhone 13 Pro Max's available. She told me I have to send my current phone through UPS and wait for the approval of the $650 credit I'd get for trading my phone. I explained I don't want to do that. I'd rather wait for the new phone to come into the store. She then again told me that's fine but I might miss the credit at that point since it's a promotion and I should really just do the UPS option. My exact words were "Please don't try and sell me that idea, I want to do it in store." When I said that, her manager (a 50 something year old lady said "Don't talk to her that way!" I said "What are you talking about? I didn't talk down to her or bad to her. She's great! I just told her I don't want the UPS option." The manager got huffy and stood up as tall as she could and said don't talk to her that way. I couldn't believe it. I had no snark in my voice or rudeness whatsoever because I had zero reason to WANT to be rude to the girl helping me. But the whole store was laughing at me and treated me extremely rudely. Customer Service is clearly not at the top of their priority. I typed this whole review in the T-Mobile parking lot. Their service is MUCH better. read more

Associates at this location are not adequately trained. The only thing they know how to do is transfer content via the Verizon App. They have no in-house technology or training to assist with content transfer beyond the app. The App is flawed. Applications don't convey, Photos associated with contacts don't convey. The App glitches on non iPhones. They have no ability to problem solve, or think through and assist with any resolution beyond adding the Verizon Content Transfer App. Had several phones to get running because of a business service provider change. It was a terrible customer service experience. It wasn't just me, several other people were also having problems and their associates couldn't resolve. Twice customers were returning with technical issues doing something the associate told them to do. They told me one phone was too old and the content wouldn't transfer. It was obvious the app had a glitch. Came home, did online research. Downloaded a content transfer app from phone maker and content was transferred within minutes. Someone from Verizon Corporate needs to pay attention to this location. This crew needs training ASAP! Additional nit picky side note: Two women that tried to help me had those super long finger nails and couldn't adequately operate the phone. One gal said the problem was the phone because it kept locking up. It was the way her finger and nail were touching the screen, the phone had no problems. The nails looked great - but, not the best option for working with phones. read more
