    They take just too much time with customers. Waiting 40 minutes and I am not even sure if they are almost finished.

    What a day, spent most of the day with Brighthouse Cable trying to work out a connection problem,…read morethey would get it fixed leave and within minutes we couldn't connect to the internet or wifi again, it was making us nuts and making them nuts. The last guy to come out was here about 2 hours, he had everything working just right and promised to call 1/2 hour after he left. Everything continued to work for about 10 minutes after he left then it all stopped. The guy called and he came back to the house immediately, stayed for another hour still couldn't figure out what was going on, he decided to put a "tracker" on our box overnight to see when the box kicks off what was happening, he also decided to check with big shots at Brighthouse to recheck the connection numbers that had already been checked by the peons at the company, immediately the head honcho said "the wifi keeps kicking out doesn't it" our cable guy said "yes" and the head honcho guy fixed the numbers and in so doing fixed the internet/wifi. Joe and I are so impressed by all the staff at Brighthouse, they took our calls immediately, showed real empathy and assured rapid responses to our problems then gave follow up calls to see how things were going. The ignorant, rude customer care reps. at Comcast could sure learn a million lessons from this company. Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. Please don't review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you're connected in any way to the owner or employees.

    It is what it is…read more Need to pay a bill? Stop in. Need to switch out equipment? Stop in. No frills, no standout customer service, but for me it gets the job done. I've been here a couple times to switch out equipment. For me, its easier than waiting around for a tech to come out. Typically they are well staffed and you are able to get in and out fairly quickly. A little bit of kindness tends to go a long way when dealing with the staff. As a company and a service, I'm not a huge fan of Brighthouse and would probably pursue another provider but there are not many options in my area. In terms of this service center, it suits me just fine.

Phenomenal technician, he assessed our needs located. The issue handled everything neat. Tidy responded to our service call on time and it was just a great experience. Anyone who uses any one other than spectrum? You can't get a better deal. The service, the quality and the promotion that speaks for itself. But the technical team they really go above and beyond. First of all, having to wait 90 minutes just to return equipment is ridiculous. The whole time I was there, two associates were helping two separate families with setting up mobile services. 90 minutes and they were STILL setting up their devices? That convinced me that I NEVER want to get mobile services through them because how does it take that long? Finally get called up, employee scanned my devices which took about 30 seconds so at least that was fast. But the employee did not want to print a receipt that I returned equipment. He kept joking and being sarcastic, like "oh, you won't tell me which service provider you switched to, but you want me to print you a receipt? Why should I help you when you won't tell me that?" Finally printed the receipt after a few minutes of nonsense, but just a perfect example of why I will never be using spectrum again - however they are training their customer service representatives (both in store and on the phone) needs to be seriously examined, because it is some of the worst customer service I've experienced.
