I do not recommend this store as a Verizon retailer. We brought 3 phones during a trade in promo. The system would not enter the 3rd phone information in the computer. The Sales Rep assured us it would be fine, and wrote everything down, which we had documentation of. We traded in the phone. The store lost the phone that was traded in and they would not honor the trade in. We got the run around multiple times for months and was told by the regional director it was denied; there was nothing we can do, then never returned our calls. Verizon could not help. I recommend you go to an actual Verizon dealer and DO NOT trust Russell Cellular at this location. We had to pay full price for a phone when we should not have. HORRIBLE customer service. read more
