He walked through every part of my account, made sure all of our data transferred smoothly, and helped optimize a plan that fits my family perfectly. What impressed me most was his integrity. He never rushed, never pushed anything unnecessary, and made sure every choice truly served our needs. It's rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with genuine care, but Varun absolutely delivered. Arjun was also fantastic--friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. Third: I can't do returns only exchanges Fourth: she offered me 50% back on store credit after I was sold glasses that already had marks on them. This kid comes out and is very rude saying, "you know this is a buisness right? You're taking up all the space, you can fucking park in the side alley," he was very rude and disrespectful. I say he's a kid but he's about 18. He's an adult who needs to learn how to talk respectfully to other adults especially when working. He was very unprofessional and rude. Later when I had a chance I went in to apologize and he was very insincere when he said it was ok. He specifically said "he didn't want to come off as a dick," but the tone he used was very much the tone an asshole would use. They either need to retrain their staff to be more professional or hire entirely new staff.

I checked on my iPhone to see what the local location options were - and found that there was a newer location in Gainesville, VA - much closer to where I live. So I headed over - it was a weekday around lunchtime. I was approached within a minute or so by a staff person - asking if I needed any assistance finding anything? I did - and she guided me to the area I wanted to peruse. I asked about some specific soaps - which they did not currently carry - I guess I never realized it until that moment - but some of what Bath & Body Works carries is tuned to the seasons. Makes sense. So I "smelled" a number of hand soaps - and picked out which ones appealed to me. I selected the Cedarwood Forest, Mountain Teakwood, Kitchen Lemon, and The Perfect Autumn.
