It hadn't been done ever…read more Mark was extremely personable and took the extra time to educate me and show me some of the key areas of interest. We had a layer of dust in the return air vents, and there was still construction debris from when the house was built. Mark answered all my questions and wouldn't let me lift a finger to help move things out of the way of the vents. He replaced our dryer vent hose while he was there and he did the bathroom exhaust fans, one hadn't been working properly, and after he cleaned it, it works great! Mark was honest and helpful, and I highly recommend him.

They first came to my home on…read moreOctober 3rd, and the project still wasn't completed until November 20th--an unacceptable timeline for the type of work that was needed. I had to constantly follow up just to keep anything moving, and the scheduling and coordination from the office were completely disorganized. A few days before they were coming back to my house, I even received a call asking for the status of my project, as if the project manager hadn't been keeping notes on my account. I also called to speak with a general manager about my concerns and never received a call back. To make things worse, Rainbow Restoration didn't even perform the main work in my home--the asbestos remediation team did--yet I was still charged over $1,300. The charge didn't include repairing the wall with drywall or plaster afterward. When I asked about it, I was told it was handled by a different department, would require another inspection fee, and they couldn't give me any idea of their availability. I made it clear from the beginning that I did not want to do any of the repairs myself, so I don't understand why the project manager didn't coordinate all necessary services ahead of time. Now I'm left to either do the wall repairs myself or hire someone else, because I absolutely refuse to use this company again. While the technician who came out was great--professional, friendly, and thorough--the rest of the experience was terrible. I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

Bathroom was acceptable as good as it could be cleaned. Vic coordinated the service cleaning, stating all hard surfaces are to wiped down. Kitchen was great, but in one bedroom not all hard surfaces were wiped down and the front bay window was visibly dirty. Vic was easy to call and made things right. Would recommend this company again.
