We dealt with Legacy Properties, specifically Chandre Valdes, after a unit they managed leaked and…read moreflooded our home. While this wasn't the first incident, what escalated the situation was not the leak itself--it was the response. Chandre was dismissive and openly arrogant, stating that these issues are "to be expected." She avoided responsibility, attempted to brush off inspection requests, and never inspected the source of the original leak. Her conduct was unprofessional and outright rude. As a result, we prepared to file a lawsuit against both the unit owner and Legacy Properties as co-defendants. We had documented communication from the upstairs tenants pointing to ongoing maintenance failures and lack of oversight. We were also ready to file a formal complaint with NARPM and pay the required fee. The matter was only resolved when the owner stepped in and agreed to cover damages -- at a reduced but acceptable amount. The takeaway is simple: Legacy Properties' handling of this situation nearly exposed their client to legal action. Their lack of oversight, poor communication, and dismissive attitude not only failed the tenants but also put the owner's interests at risk. Tenants should be aware: maintenance concerns may be neglected. Owners should be cautious: poor property management can leave you legally vulnerable. And to Chandre Valdes--professionalism and accountability are not optional. A dismissive attitude will eventually have consequences.

STAY FAR AWAY! The rating speaks for itself. Greenlee…read morerealty specifically Lisa the property maintenance manager is a corrupt and crooked management company! They illegally went into my home took property that belonged to me, the AC was going in and out for 3 months. House got struck by lightning and it took them almost a month to fix basic appliances. I called Pasco County building code and they found multiple violations including live wires under the sink where they disconnected garbage disposal but never installed another one. The best part was they tried taking me to court and I ended up winning getting everything I asked for. They had to give me a free months rent and reimburse me for my washer that they illegally took. At the end they took half my deposit and several of the line items had no explanation. Trust me stay away from this company they are horrible management, rude employees, and will screw you over at the end. LISA SHOULD BE FIRED! She will lose this company business.

Ms. Coughlin initially stated that I would be able to view the home if I provided a copy of my driver's license. Relying on that representation, I sent both the front and back of my driver's license. After my identification was reviewed, the showing was denied, and she stated that she felt "uncomfortable." When I asked why my identification was requested and why I was told I could view the home if the showing was not going to occur, her tone became rude and dismissive, and my request for a clear explanation was characterized as being "argumentative." She then provided multiple inconsistent explanations, including stating she did not receive the back of my license, later admitting she did receive both the front and back via my business email, and then stating she could not proceed because the license did not come through via text, even after acknowledging receipt by email. She further stated she was not checking for it and again said she did not feel comfortable moving forward. At one point, she stated, "I see now it wouldn't work with you renting from me." No objective or consistent reason was provided, and the showing was denied only after my identification was reviewed. The shifting explanations and denial after reviewing my identification left me feeling scrutinized and subjected to what felt like prejudiced treatment, rather than being evaluated fairly as a prospective renter. While safety or verification protocols may exist in real estate, they should be communicated clearly, applied consistently, and handled professionally and respectfully. This behavior is unacceptable and fell well below the standards of professionalism, transparency, and fair treatment that clients should expect.
