We are very unhappy with the service and the way we were treated by this co. This is completely unacceptable. We placed an order over the phone and had our driver bring a check as requested by their Supervisor/Manager. Within less than an hour we had to cancel the order and told the Supervisor/Manager that we would come back to pick up our check. The Supervisor/Manager ended up depositing our check without our authorization. I don't understand how this is legal. We cancelled our order. Why would they deposit our check without our authorization? We didn't pick up any product for them to deposit our check. It's been almost a week and we still have not received a refund. When I sent our driver back to pick up the check they had already deposited it without our authorization. When I called they told me that they already deposited our check. I expect a response immediately. We don't do business with anyone like this and don't expect this in return. I've already contacted our bank and disputed the charge and placed a stop payment on the check. The staff was so rude. We don't treat any customer like this. I can't believe that people actually do business like this expecting payment up front and then sending people away to come back to pick up product. They are always rude to our drivers. They are really horrible with their customers. read more

I have shopped her for oner one year now. I can say this is the worst run Wholesale establishment I have ever done business with. From management to low level employees everyone is miserable here. Today waisted 4 hrs of my time and still did not get my order correct. Vernon sales you are no good to your clients. Their website says three ways of ordering through them online, the showroom and to call a customer service line. I called to place an order so I can pick up the next day because they take forever getting your order ready and in the past they have forgotten to put my order in. Well when the rep picked up and I told her I wanted to place an order she told me they don't do phone orders. Also that I needed to leave a deposit so that they give me a username and password to be able to order online in the future. read more
