They close at 6 so since my appt didn't end up starting until 645, they were rushing us. We had 3 children under the age of 4 (which we included when we booked) so with the long wait, they of course got cranky. The photographer is the one & only reason that I am giving 1 star. She worked with us while her manager rushed her to rush us because they were already closed. THEN, the pricing was nothing at all like they made it seem online. Online they also said they did military discounts, but in person they did not honor it. All in all, I paid $280 for 12 pictures. The taxes alone came out to like $70. If you're looking for something quick & inexpensive, this is definitely not your place.

This photographer has the skills of a drunk monkey. After two months, all he gave us was a little…read moreover 200 pictures from 5 hours of work, not a single one of which had been touched or edited. He tried to lie about editing them, offered to "edit" them after we pressed the issue and then got belligerent. This photographer has completely ruined a once-in-a-lifetime event for us and our families. We'd selected him from his posts on his website and prior knowledge of his alleged work. Be VERY aware of his "contract" because it doesn't provide any quality guarantees and only says "edit." His concept of "edit" is to look at the pictures he pulled from his SD card from the camera and give them to you. We wouldn't recommend this photographer to capture anything meaningful.
