Therefore I was super pissed when a neighbor's cat was up on my hood and scratched it. I called several different detainers that got decent rating on Yelp & Keven was the only one polite enough to return my call. That alone says something about the rest of them. Any way I explained the problem to Keven & he was fairly confident he could help. Remember he is mobile so as he spent nearly 4 hrs. doing his basic Executive package I was able to go about my own work at home! He did an amazing job on the entire car including the interior. I had a very concerning experience with this body shop. My vehicle sat there for nearly a month…read more When I was finally told the car was repaired and safe to drive, it was not. I specifically raised concerns to GEICO about the driver-side front tire and suspension. The shop told myself and GEICO that the tire only needed air. After picking up the vehicle and getting on the interstate, I immediately felt abnormal bumping. I pulled over and discovered a visible knot on the outside sidewall of the tire. The vehicle had to be towed to BMW of Tallahassee for a proper inspection. BMW identified over $4,000 in additional damage that the body shop failed to address, including: * A damaged tire * Two damaged rims * Additional suspension-related issues * Evidence that the undercarriage was never properly cleaned, including remaining deer debris from the original accident This means I was released a vehicle that was unsafe to drive. That is unacceptable. Repairs should prioritize safety, and this experience caused unnecessary risk, stress, and additional costs. I would strongly urge others to seek thorough independent inspections if using this shop.

They quoted me a very fair price for the entire car plus the windshield tint. Be prepared to leave your car there - I was able to walk to a friends house for the morning, but you may be stuck if you aren't close-by or have a friend drive you home. It took about 2-3 hours from start to finish and when I got my car back, everything was nice and dark. I didn't see any snags, bubbles, tears, or other issues. When I got home, I did a quick walk around to check everything, and I noticed a piece of my door hadn't been put back. When I called them, Jeff told me to come right back in and he'd fix it right away. It was pouring rain when I got there, but he still met me at my car, took over and backed it into the bay, fixed my issue immediately (it was a very simple mistake, that I don't blame anyone for). I was in and out in probably 5 minutes. Without a doubt, a great experience with a local company, and I won't hesitate to recommend him and his crew to anyone looking for tint work.
