Having said that I'm a big fan of a deal and when I came across a Versace polo shirt in Black on Black. The sale price was like 75% off retail and who cares if it was so last season. Black will never be out of style, so yes, I picked up my first Versace and I admit I felt a jolt of Julian Kaye! The moral of the story? You don't need Haute Couture to look good, or feel good. It's about you. Personally I like to mix and match, and throw my feelings to the wind. And like I said earlier I'm a t-shirt and jeans guy, but damn that Versace sure feels good. Love the boutique. upstairs were collections of Fendace. The store has 5 or 6 floors with different collections. I didn't found what I was looking for but I decided to purchase the belt & earrings. They actually speak english there and were able to fill my tax refund papers, so thats was nice. read more

I will come back and shop solely for the amazing customer service provided by Nicola. He greeted us as soon as we entered the store and was eager to show us what they had in stock. My husband and I were adamant that we were not planning to buy anything but that still didn't stop Nicola from making us feel like we were the most important people in the store. He gave us a tour of the whole boutique and told us a few facts about the brand Versace and the history of their building in Milan. On my way out, a bag from their fall/winter collection caught my eye but I still wanted to explore some other options at near by stores - Nicola shared his number with me and encouraged to reach out if I changed my mind. By that evening I couldn't get that bag out of my mind so I texted Nicola promptly ordered a new piece and put it on hold for me. I stopped by the next day and made my purchase with no issues. Nicola's customer service was absolutely amazing and the highlight of my trip to Milan. read more

As the US boutiques were unable to bring in a specific European piece for me I worked with an associate at the Paramus location (thanks Devyn) to have the US men's buyer pick it up here. I spoke with Franceso who agreed to hold my item until it was picked up and who then processed my order without issue, even letting me know the piece was on sale for more than half the US price for the same item in a different color. All around great service to help me get what is now a one of a kind piece in the United States. read more

I live for an Luxury experience at Luxury stores. I love when they deliver what you're paying for. This store is one! Beautiful decor of course with very helpful staff that are so nice it make you want to buy more lol. I purchased a men's robe and slippers for me. The comes out to less than the U.S. the robe retails for $575+ tax here and after the tax refund I paid around $400 and $70 for the slippers to match. read more
