I allowed a second charge and today learned I was overcharged - a pound. Just one. After a phone call to the supervisor on duty and subsequent follow up call after she consulted with the store manager, I was told I'd get my £1 refunded. No real apology to speak of, just very matter of fact. When I asked if that was the best she could do, considering the waste of time and (albeit slight) hassle this caused, I was asked "what did you expect, I thought you just wanted your pound." Oh I don't know maybe a nice gesture like a stupid voucher for an appetiser, or drink, maybe a sincere apology call from the actual manager. Something. I suppose that's the difference between Nando's customer service and other establishments. Next time I'll know not to ever expect much from Nando's and I won't be disappointed. And I'll be sure to check my receipt. Thanks for the mediocre service Nandos Aldershot. I'll be sure to share my experience with others.

The staff here take pride in their restaurant and it is always very welled cleaned and the tables always look ready and perfect. The smart, modern décor is slightly funky with striped banquettes, ostrich upholstered chairs, big bright mirrors, feathers and glitter-touched walls in a gold and purple colour scheme. I spent about £35 on my meal here and it was very well worth it. My pasta was cooked to perfection and the waiter suggested a wine to match. Surprisingly, he did not immediately go for an expensive one - he chose one of the cheapest and it matched my food perfectly. I will go here again.

Also its MEGA loud on a friday night- dont go with anyone you actually want to have a conversation with! on the plus side friendly staff, and live music is often good.

The drive through is quick and you can easily understand what the person on the other end is saying. Sometimes, if you go in at the wrong time you can be waiting a while for your order and the fries are sometimes luke warm. I like the fact that you can fill your own drink.
