The workers were great - professional, they worked fast and hard and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up the mess when done. It was like I didn't even know they were here. The job was completed in a timely manner and so far the roof looks great. The price was more than fair and reasonable and exactly about what we expected to pay. One has leaked since the time it was repaired, and the other supposedly a high quality tile roof--the tiles come loose off the roof during a windstorm, tiles were broken on the roof, and a whole section was not nailed down and came loose. I called the owner several times, he was supposed to come out, never showed up, and never returned my call. I emailed him and he never responded!!!The other roof (a commercial property)  has leaked ever since it was supposedly repaired in August of 2019. Throughout the winter we called and communicated with the company to no avail. Finally during one of the recent rain storms, I was at the building and personally witnessed water streaming into the building. Ceiling tiles have become soaked and fallen down and buckets and wastebaskets are throughout the building where the leaks are taking place!! again no response from the company,Their work is deplorable, sub standard, and their warranties are non existent!!I would certainly say "DO NOT USE THEM"!!!! He told us he would leave us in better condition than we were when he got here. The truth is, Aquaduct left us in better condition than we were before the hail storm. He was able to work with in the insurance claim to provide us a better quality shingles then we had before. He also contacted the Insurance adjuster to completely understand the claim. A licensed garage door contractor confirmed that the installation was a DIY job, unsafe, and not up to code, and he said it could have caused a serious or even deadly accident. I reviewed my inspection report and the garage door wasn't mentioned anywhere.It was NEVER I inspected. I reached out to the company multiple times via voice messages and email with no response for over a period of 3 weeks. This is unacceptable, especially considering this is not the first issue I've had with them. weeks after closing, I discovered a significant bathroom leak, the water valve would not shut off another important issue that they also missed, and I was only reimbursed $200. Buyers depend on home inspectors to identify safety hazards, and this company did not do a thorough job. I would never recommend them to anyone purchasing a home.

I bid within 30 minutes of viewing it. The custom interior is what I love about it, but I realized it's also something that I know nothing about. I didn't think of water sealant between the polished wood countertops and the wall. As it turned out, after reading the report James provided, there were quite a few things I knew nothing about. With the report James provided, I was able to use it to negotiate a bit more for the closing. I've been informed of some things to be rectified before closing. Some I pointed out, but I said I'm willing to take care of them for a slight decrease in the price. Worth every penny. I initially contacted Journey Home Inspections because they're veteran-owned. I'm 100% confident I made the right decision in using Journey Home Inspections today.

(As well as an external AC electrical conduit safety issue they missed) They said they would note it. What they DID NOT do was go around the house and back on the roof to see they missed a lot more trim damage after I had to point out that spot. $2600 worth. Additionally a very old sprinkler vacuum breaker was leaking when I turned it on in the spring. ZERO mention of it nor pictures in the report. They say they checked it and it wasn't leaking. That was $250. Hmmmmm. I gave then weeks to respond with a solution for the missed trim issue. They offered none. Now we go to small claims court and I make the social site rounds as well as notify the state attorney.
