The cat room has nice sized spaces for each cat with its own window, multi layer seats for the cat, a bridge for the to walk from the floor to the top seat and a little door to their own outdoor space which is open only during the summer months. They let the cat out too roam around various times threw the day and seems to really give them individual attention. The dogs also have their own rooms with a off the floor bed and a doggy dog which is opened about 5x per day. Well worth the drive up from Toronto!!! Update to my review as of Sept 2016 Both my cat and dog came home from a weeks stay with upper respiratory infections. They were fully vaccinated before their visit.

I called upfront for arrangements and everything was clarified so well. The owner is SUPER friendly. My main concern was to ensure my dogs would not be stuck in a kennel and that they wouldn't be bored during the day. What a great setup! The day play pen area is literally a playground for dogs. Everything is super clean, the floors are all nicely rubberized and you can tell they spend all the day's efforts on keeping the dogs busy. You can even pay by credit card. The prices are extremely reasonable for the attention and care they get. Even though I don't live near the area, I would really consider bringing my dogs there for extended stays, as the dogs are brought in the house at night.
