I called and asked if I could pay yearly in advance. They agreed and I sent a check. Their representative even told me to ignore the monthly bills because their system was not set up for annual billing. In June, when the year was up, I wanted to renew, but they had raised their rates some time during the year. I cancelled the service, but they said I had to pay a balance because of the rate increase. I wrote a letter explaining all this, and that I had always paid in advance, that they had no right to run a balance on my account without my permission. I paid for a year and I should get a year of service. They did not respond to my letter. They just sent another bill (and added a $7.50 penalty). I imagine they will keep sending bills (and adding penalties) and then try to ruin my credit rating. I guess they figure they can try to bill for anything they want. Unless you are willing to spend money for a lawyer, there is not much a person can do. I won't deal with this company again.

As for the cost, I've talked to friends out of this area and D & P is quite reasonable compared to other companies. Plus they have offices at locations that are close. The last experience I had was two days ago when I called the help line trying to figure out why my new smart tv couldn't get Netflix. After explaining my problem the tech person walked me through what needed to be done to make it work. My router was too far away from the tv and he explained how to move the modem and route and hard wire it to the tv. Problem solved. Thanks D & P

They came with high recommendations from two friends Without going into 20 paragraphs all I can say is they're communication sucked they're promises of being here then not showing up sucked understandable they had some emergencies and tractor problems it happens but you communicate with your customer. Again not going into huge detail but we were promised several things that weren't written on the invoice that were given the day of the quote.. including fixing the neighbor's yard which they said is not something they do after they told us they would too long of a story to go into All I can give advice to them is you don't ghost your customer over and over again We had the cash we luckily didn't pay them until the job was totally done are we probably would have never seen them again We are loyal cash paying people We don't rip people off but you do finish the job before you get paid in full That's a given with any contractor as you all know The job was not completed the first day we were waiting for them to come back to pay them which was like pulling teeth.. Obviously when they finish the job they got paid plus some we appreciate what they did but they need to be better communicators in the future..
