DO NOT STAY HERE. Now the hotel is Amigo Zocalo. Unfortunately the hotel was a very let down…read morecomparing to other hotel in the area. Sure it is cheap and you get what you pay for. But when we arrived early for check in, other hotel would let us in early out of courteous. This hotel did not and we had to wait till 3pm to get our key. Luckily they held our luggage so we can look around. Once we were checked in they could only confirmed that we registered for one bed for one adult, but we showed in our cellphone that we had confirmation for twin beds for two adult. We supposed to print out a copy of the confirmation, they did not have printer. Once we checked our room, it was the saddest room we saw in all our time in Mexico. No decoration and the room was dark. It was hard to breathe because it was muggy. Worse, I found some hair on the bed that I know it is not mine. I do not understand if they say that the check out time is 3, then why they did not have time to change my sheets. I did not appreciate the services or the room.
