For the spring onion oil noodles, I would've appreciated a tad bit more shrimp and vegetables and a more pungent scallion oil aroma - I felt it mainly tasted like soy sauce. The noodles had flecks of buckwheat that made them chewier than I preferred without the much desired toothsome quality.
