First time in Etown, and of course I had to try a coffee shop. This place was large, it had two conjoining rooms both with seating. I ordered a cappuccino and my partner ordered a cold brew. If I hadn't already eaten, I would have snagged a pastry from the case. Coffees were tasty, service was quick and friendly. Due to size and seating options, this place would be perfect for a group meet up.

Vibe is an adorable coffee shop set in a refurbished building off the square in Elizabethtown. The coffee menu includes the typical espresso drinks but also offers smoothies, açaí bowls & other small plates. Our lattes were good, but on the sweet side (aka hard to taste the coffee) and served by a barista that seemed less than thrilled to be working. Our toast plates were good (avocado toast for one, PB & honey with fruit for the other), but about pricey for something I could make (better) at home. The atmosphere was comfy and had lots of places to sit for relaxing or work.

My sister & I loved this place. They have so many things to choose from. Coffees, teas, smoothies, açaí bowls, tons of bakery options & even a food menu. They were patient with any questions & glad to help. They have a nice open seating area. There are a couple benches outside as well. We both got an iced matcha. I chose mine with lavender/vanilla & it was delicious. So light & refreshing. Great quality. We Can't wait to go back.

Driving back home from Nashville we just had to stop at this little café! The interior was absolutely beautiful with a collection of antique furniture and thoughtful touches. It was very spacious inside and plenty of places to sit including some couches and many tables. Bonus points because parking was very easy and accessible as well! The baristas were also very friendly and knowledgeable. My husband got their chai and I got the Cinnamon Sugar latte they have for the fall season. Both were very good! The chai was smooth and well balanced, and the latte was very well done. Not too sweet, but just enough! If you find yourself in Elizabethtown, definitely recommend this spot! They have food as well including pastries, sandwiches, and smoothie bowls. We didn't get to try them, but they looked delicious in the display case!

I have to preface this review saying that in the area, vibe coffee is 5/5. I think this is the best coffee shop in the Elizabethtown area. Whenever I visit Kentucky, I frequently make my boyfriend haul us across town to enjoy coffee here on the weekend. I usually go for the Tahitian Vanilla or the Aztec Mocha. The drinks are on the sweeter side for me personally but they are a treat which is probably why I enjoy stopping by. The pastries are average to me, we had a scone once and it was very dry. We usually just stick to coffee here. The cafe is decently large and a great place to sit down and relax, meet up with friends, or even do some work. Would 100% recommend stopping by if you're looking for a local coffee shop.

This is one of the best gems in the area, with the other location being another. The baristas are always so kind and patient. They take their time perfecting your drink and food. This is hands down the best coffee shop I've ever visited. Everything about it just works--the coffee is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff genuinely seem to care about what they do. Whether you're stopping in for a quick cup or staying awhile, the space feels comfortable and inviting. The coffee is rich, flavorful, and clearly made with attention to detail. Even the simplest drinks stand out because they're done so well. What really makes this place special is how it feels. I love supporting local and Vibe Coffee makes it so easy. They offer a variety of coffee and espresso drinks and delicious food made with good ingredients. The staff is always friendly and drinks come out quickly! Food is made fresh but still comes out very timely. The cheese panini is incredible! This location is the perfect place to spend time relaxing alone or a casual day date. Their second location is much smaller but still offers indoor seating and is perfect for a quick grab and go. Highly recommend! read more

Nothing pairs better with overpriced coffee than a steaming cup of ignorance, right? Congrats to the owners for proving that you can roast beans but still be completely unseasoned as humans. Won't be back. Save your money and your dignity plenty of other places sell coffee without the hate. read more

This is the most uninspired avo toast I've ever had the displeasure of trying. Can't believe I paid for this. Should have refused it when I first saw it. Too much bread, not enough avo. Very little effort. 0/10 would NOT recommend... unless maybe it's the end of the world, there's no food left, you've eaten all the insects and the rodents, and you have to decide between this avo toast and your pet dog of 5+ years (a real bond!)... even then, it's a close call. read more

We walked in Vibe and immediately loved the atmosphere. They have a good selection of pastries, food menu, coffee selections and tea. We ordered at the counter. The young lady was very nice. I ordered the avocado toast, it was good. I do wish there had been an option to add an egg to each peace of toast. My husband got the strawberry waffle and he said it was delicious. My sister-in-law got the chocolate chip waffle and also loved it. My brother got the large fruit bowl. He said it was very good. We all highly recommend this wonderful restaurant/coffee house in Elizabethtown. We will stop by again as we are traveling. read more

When I moved here I thought it was going to be my go to coffee shop. Over the last few months I've had multiple negative experiences. I hope they start being more selective when hiring. It seems training is not there. If I am going to pay $8 for a coffee I would hope it was made properly :( One time would be fine, but this has been an ongoing problem and then when I ask them to remake it, they look at me crazy. I genuinely never been to a coffee shop with so many unfriendly employees. Sucks because the beans are why I came. Not worth it at this point. read more

AMAZING! Everything about this place screams cozy local coffee shop from the people to the furniture and menu options. We are from out of state and came here two days in a row while in town. If you love a great tasting espresso in your coffee, this is the place. They even have house made syrups to really seal the deal. I am picky with espresso beans and actually being able to taste them in a latte, not just syrup, and theirs was perfect! read more

We found this coffee shop several years ago and love everything about it. We travel often from Louisiana to Ohio and it's a great place to stop for breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up. The "vibe" is certainly welcoming, the coffee is delicious, the food is great and the shop itself is easy to get to. Well worth going a few miles off the expressway to get there! read more

Yes! Cute little shop in the heart of E-town's downtown square. And even though E-town is a relatively small town, this coffee shop offers drinks, pastries, and ambience on par that larger municipalities have to offer. I am also a fan of freshly roasted, whole bean coffee so I purchased 4 bags to take home to Missouri with me. TSA took a closer look at my baggage due to it, but it was worth the inconvenience. Oddly, at 7am during the week when they open, they weren't wildly busy which made me be disappointed for them. I stopped by every morning I was in town on my way to work and was very satisfied with their offerings. Stop in if you're ever in Elizabethtown, KY! read more

We were in town for a baseball tournament & would always rather get our morning dose from a local coffee shop than the big corp. We both ordered lattes with an extra shot. The Mister loved his, mine was a little strong, so I added cream. This tells me I should have just trusted the normal latte recipe. Our açaí bowl couldn't have been better- very fresh fruit. We also appreciated the environment. Employees were all friendly. My only wish is more options on merchandise. I wanted a shirt but prefer a tank top or hoody over a boxy tshirt. read more

Cute coffee shop in downtown Etown. We love hitting up locally-owned businesses, and my boyfriend is a regular here. We stopped in here to warm up on a chilly day. Boyfriend ordered his usual coffee here and we lounged on the couch by the entrance as he sipped away at it. We enjoyed the people watching inside and outside. Can't wait to come back, and would definitely recommend! read more

The Vibe is the epicenter of Elizabethtown, a popular place to meet. It's genuinely warm and cozy. I am not a coffee drinker, but people I see there, who have a coffee predilection, are always delighted when getting their morning fix. I can highly recommend the Vibe's waffle. Parking is either very convenient or very inconvenient, based on available spaces in front. Placing orders is easy, but knowing when the order is ready requires a little clairvoyance, as the friendly staff assumes you will poised near the pick up counter, instead of being seated elsewhere. Hopefully the Vibe will be part of Etown's persona for decades to come! read more

For such an unassuming, coffee shop in small town USA, I was pleasantly surprised by an awesome experience. I got a white chocolate mocha latte, which was much more delicious than most local coffee shops I've tried across the US. Most white mochas leave much to be desired. Very fun vibe (;)) and a truly beautiful space. Very clean. Now to the nitty gritty- I've driven over 3,000 miles just this weekend. At this point, I'd forget my head if it wasn't attached. With that said, I LEFT MY WALLET IN THE BATHROOM UGH. My entire wallet. Every card. All my cash. IM A DUMMY. What can I say? Well, about 20 mins past Bowling Green, I receive a message request from a lady who claims she's from vibe. SHE HAS MY WALLET. DANG IT. Well, I mosey on back and everything is in place. This kind woman FOUND ME ON FACEBOOK and let me know my ENTIRE WALLET had been left. Nothing had been touched. It was just as I left it, 2.5 hours after the fact. It's really hard to trust others traveling as much as I do, and my hope in humanity has been restored by sweet Serena. So glad I chose to support local instead of Starbucks. Can't wait to come back to the area to stop in again, but hopefully not leave my wallet this time!! read more

I wish I lived closer!!!! This would definitely be my new favorite coffeeshop if I lived closer. I got an Aztec mocha and avocado toast. My hubby got an ice tea and blueberry muffin. He LOVED his blueberry muffin. My avocado toast was exceptional. And I was not sure what to expect for the Aztec mocha. I'm very picky on flavors in lattes. But the cayenne and cinnamon somehow made like a flavorful coffee just more flavorful. You really couldn't pick out only a cayenne flavor or only a cinnamon flavor. It just blended together in a smooth way. To be honest I was surprised i enjoyed it as much as I did. I live too far away to only come for coffee. However I'm going to make a reason!!! I HIGHLY recommend this little local shop! read more

am grateful to have found this excellent coffee shop early one Sunday morning on the way to the Abbey of Gethsemane ... gracious staff, excellent coffee, flexible menu with an acai bowl that was plenty delicious and seemed healthy, excellent music, ample beautiful space for relaxing or working. Amazing coffee. The inside of Vibe fits perfectly in the downtown square. I was expecting the place to be like Starbucks, but it was the total opposite. Very quiet with lots of people working. Plenty of seating to go around but not necessarily where I would go to chill and sip my drink. It was a little awkward lol. It took the sponsor of our event to tell the staff that there were three people at this table who needed a plate. By that time, I had already finished my meal, the server had taken my plate, and nobody was hungry anymore. We decided to go elsewhere for a meal after paying our respects to the family. Totally unacceptable for a catered meal to be so mismanged and delayed. I would not recommend this business to anyone nor return for even a free meal. You deserve better!

The coffee is ok, but don't ever try the cinnamon rolls. I've tried them twice and they were dry and hard as a rock the first time and really "off" the second time. They also charge too much for a salty avocado on toast with more onions than avocado. Lastly, they ask for your name when taking your order, but they won't call it out if they can't remember how to pronounce it, so they just leave your order sitting out for someone else to grab while you wait - and you will wait for 10 minutes for them to pour a drip coffee and throw cream cheese and jelly on bread. This happens to me 2 out of 3 times. Terrible customer service. I'm done with this place. read more
