I have now had 2 terrible experiences with VICASO for my real estate photography. First of all they do not answer their phone or return messages. The first time I should've learned the photos came out terrible with shadows everywhere so they tried to edit it which the colors came out distorted and they tried to digitize twilight photos that looked like a fake photo. My second experience they quoted I would receive the photos by 9-11am however it is now 7pm and I still have no photos and no communication as to when I should receive them read more

Okay so I must say my whole experience with Vicaso has been amazing!! If I could somehow add more stars to this review I would. The shoot was easy to set up - requested the appointment, pricing was clear, and they confirmed the shoot for my scheduled time. Our photographer Jordan was the best! He was so helpful in helping figure out the right angles in each room (including what to remove) and his images turned out fantastic. The drone shots were just incredible. As promised Vicaso got the images back by 9am the next day and they looked great, but needed a few adjustments. This is where I got nervous after reading the prior reviews, but it was super easy to get it all taken care of. Viki answered all my questions, talked to the edit team, and adjustments were all done this morning. We will 100% be using Vicaso in the future - and thank you for such a seamless process from start to finish!! read more

I used Vicaso in 2007-08 with great success, no glitches and no drama. The photos and service were great. Now, 10 years later I have reached out to Vicaso via email (no calls are accepted) and have received little or no response over a period of two years. On one occasion I booked a photo shoot with Vicaso (verified by Tamara) that required me to fly in. But with no response from Vicaso for the week prior I canceled the trip. It was a good thing because Vicaso never showed up and never offered an explanation or any communication. I just received (8-8-18) a promo email from Tamara at Vicaso to which I replied requesting communication but never received a response. I'm not sure how this company works but it appears I am dead to them. It may have to be mutual. read more

First, let me say...the Pictures are gorgeous! I LOVE the photographers Matt & Jennifer, as they're always courteous, and work with you on capturing the best image for the subject. The problem is with the Admin/front office...I've been a customer of Vicaso's for many, many years. Over the years, I've dealt with the shortcomings of the company, miscommunication, after miscommunication with scheduling shoots with Rain. Photographers not showing up, as the scheduler forgot to notify the photographer, and erroneous charges, which turn into credits. The latest and greatest - "final nail in the coffin"...not working with you anymore...event: 2 erroneous charges never ordered by me, nor any info provided to me, prior to the photo shoot. 1st is the 'infamous' $20.00 "9am Rush" charge, and 2. the $25.00 "Trip Fee". They now have a "20 mile zone" and anything outside of 20 miles is charged an additional fee. Didn't know that, and never advised this existed. The "9am rush" fee is totally bogus. I never requested it on the original order, nor requested a rush to the photographer, but it showed up on the invoice after checkout. Add to that, you can never review your invoice, until you pay with credit card. A week later, I'm still emailing / calling (voicemail only, as you can never reach by phone) Tamara to remove the erroneous charges, but still meeting resistance. If I provided my customers the same level of 'customer service', I've been provided by Vicacso, I'd be out of business. Sorry guys, you lost a customer... Others reading this, do yourself a favor and work with the other MANY reputable companies who are happy to work with you and appreciate your business. read more

The pictures are nice....when you get them. The absolute most frustrating thing about this company is that they are not reachable. They purposely do not publish their number and you can only contact them by email, which they are slow to respond to. Since I've never had a shoot that didn't need further editing, you're stuck emailing them the issues and at the mercy of whenever they get back to you. Several times I've been on a deadline, they charge me the rush fee, but then I can't use the pictures they've supplied by the time I need them. Grr.... Also, they charge more than anyone else. The photographers are technically very good but you don't have an eye for design so you have to look at the pics before you leave to make sure that you didn't just get a photo that's 50% made up a blank wall and not the actual room features. I have given them so many chances.....but I think it's time to go a new route. read more

I have never written a bad review about a company before.... But if any company ever deserved it it is Vicaso. They have the worst customer service that you will ever see. They ignore emails. They ignore IM. They ignore phone calls and voice messages. The company phone they use is a joke..... you will never and I mean never get someone to answer the phone or call you back. They are incredibly dishonest and tell you things that are simply not true. They constantly consistently make accounting errors yet conveniently for them it is always an over charge. 85% of my shoots they would over charge me... not a lot.... $10 here. $20 there. The reason why I stayed with them so long is that they used to have great quality of photos. Sadly that is no longer true. They have switched editing teams. So now you get inconsistent crap. Cartoonish fake looking photos that look like it was done by a 3rd grader. To top it all off they are constantly having technical difficulties on their website. Any reviews out there that are positive.... Do not believe them!!! It is probably fake reviews written by their friends and family to counter all the bad reviews out there. If you do not believe me go look at all their horrific Yelp reviews. I read all their Yelp reviews. Every bad thing on there that other people are saying is completely true. Don't be like me and be an idiot. Stay away from them. read more

I did the pictures and the virtual staging-both great. This is a great tool for Real Estate brokers and for anybody trying to sell a home. The virtual staging makes a vacant home look like a lived in home-I like it a lot. Sky, the photographer was great as well. It is a little difficult trying to reach a person at the office, but once we were set up it was smooth. read more

I am a Real Estate Broker here in Seattle and been using Vicaso since 2008. Vicaso has taken photos for 84 of my past listings. My Clients are thrilled every time I send them the pictures of their home. I always hear positive comments about the quality and of the vibrant colors of the photos taken by the talented staff of Professional Photographers. When I need extra photos taken or an emphasis say on the view of a particular property, or a late evening shoot, they have been more then helpful. Rain and Jenny are easy to work with and very accommodating. They make my job easier. Other Brokers comment on how clear the photos of my listings are and ask me who does them. I only refer Vicaso. My Clients are thrilled and their homes are closed. read more

I have had a great run with Vicaso, and it continues!! I have worked with their new systems and their old systems, for 9 years. Their photos are absolutely wonderful, their photographers are top notch, and I've received a personal call from the scheduler many times, if I needed to switch a time or a day. Also, I've had a call from the owner when there was a website issue (ended up being my operator error). Through the years there have been a mixup or two (once with color in images), but they've been promptly resolved and in a friendly manner. I can time my listings, knowing I'll have my photos by 9am, my assistant can get them to their locations and I know it'll be looking great! read more
