She would discuss actions she would be taking but then would not follow up and would not respond to calls and emails requesting status. Her work was haphazard and incomplete which, along with her forgetfulness, basic laziness, and apparent disinterest,  resulted in Ms. Gossman providing the judge with inaccurate information and recommendations that were not in the best interest of the child.  Unfortunately, we had to pay to be captive clients of an incompetent GAL.
