The restaurant was opened by a sister and brother. She is the chef and he is mainly responsible for the dishes and service. The work gratvaerk is very northern Jutland and very much slang. They are going for "lick your plate good food". They got it. We have a small thing from the kitchen for starters with a small lobster bisque, and a small meshed potato ball. The mashed potatoes was made with half milk and half cream with a little cod. Wow really tasty. The first course was beef tartar with dried and recooked red beets. The dish came with a bit of leek mayonnaise. Wonderful presentation and very tasty. The main course was beef curvet with 5 different variations of onions. Again a perfect presentation and very tasty. The beef was presented as medium/medium rare. The dessert was a variation of sorbet and ice from blackberries with black chocolate with almonds and raisins with oat crumble.
