Shockingly enough, nothing has been done, it was left in a storage garage all this time. He kept refusing to return my furniture. Surac wouldn't answer his phone and all I have are countless emails with elaborate stories and lies. He isn't answering his phone and living in his store front and refuses to open the door. I can't get my money back even after disputing the charge with Citi. They advised taking him to civil court and pressing criminal charges. Now, I am out of $1300. About 15 year's ago we had a new piece of furniture arrived damaged from the factory. Since it was…read morea custom piece we could not get any help from the factory. So in desperation we reached out to Greg Reynolds at Furniture Works to see if he could help us restore the piece. After a week or so, he returns it and it is impossible to see where the damage was repaired. So here we are 15 years later, and we have a wrought iron dining chair that broke, with no idea how to get it repaired so I reached out to Greg again for help. Once again a week later it was fixed and impossible to see where the repair was made. Greg is a magician, and a walk through his shop in Monroe is like a walk through history looking at some of the historic pieces he's currently working on. We highly recommend his work.
