Are your drivers falling asleep at the wheel. Or are they texting and driving. This happened on April 8 2026. Intersection Bear valley and Armagosa. The driver sat there and didn't move on the green arrow. He was the first in line and didn't move when the arrow turned green. Multiple cars behind him/her. These lights already take too long and to wait cause of a distracted driver is clearly not paying attention. read more

I used to really enjoy this bus company but now I absolutely hate vvta not because of any inefficiencies but the attitude and customer service of some of their bus drivers is absolute crap,some of them are very rude and disrespectful even if you haven't done anything to offend them, but on the other hand some of them and I mean only a small amount of the drivers are actually very kind and respectful those wonderful drivers should get a rise in pay as well as an Accommodation and for the other drivers who have terrible customer service they should get a trip to the unemployment office read more

The buses are clean and usually arrive within 10 minutes of their posted time. The drivers are professional and courteous. And it doesn't cost too much! Lots of ways to pay, they even take nickles and dimes so don't be cheap! Lol even when my car gets fixed I will be parking and riding the bus from time to time. Support your city people!
