Anytime I've not been completely satisfied (twice) it is corrected by the next day. I love that they have a drive up window and the girls that work the counter are super nice Since there's not going to be any more babies in the family, I wanted to get our sons christening outfit preserved in a box like you do for a wedding dress. The manager said they could do this and have it done in a few days. I can't tell you how happy I was when I picked it up today. It looks great. it is in a tiny box but the exact same box wedding dresses are preserved in. I know how much my dress cost 20 years ago and I was planning on paying over $100. Imagine my surprise when the total cost was a little under $35. I couldn't be a more satisfied customer.

I arrived and the working conditions did not look good. All the windows and doors were opened with fans going on high as it was over 90 degrees with no AC. Against my better judgement I still gave them my comforter to get cleaned and agreed to the $42 charge. When I arrived a few days later (still humid and over 90 inside) the comforter was hanging on a hanger loosely wrapped in plastic. When I arrived home I opened the package and the comforter was still dirty, moist and had a large rip about 6 x 6 inches. I called immediately and a nice man named Manny said to please bring it back and they will fix it at no charge. I arrived the next week to see if it was fixed and it was not as the rip was not in the seam. The tailor was unable to mend it properly. That being said I had to ask for my $42 back and inquired about some sort of compensation for the damaged comforter as it was well over $150. The two at the counter said they would have to ask the owner and would get back to me. They never got back to me and I had to call a few times. Eventually I went back to the cleaners to find out the decision by the owner. Manny at the counter told me that the owner said "no" to any compensation. Basically too bad so sad mentality. For me it is a lesson learned to make sure you do your research and ask for recommendations from locals. Being new to the area - this is very disappointing and discouraging.
