Victoria Pub definitely gives you that warm, chill, traditional pub experience. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and exactly what you'd want when you're looking to grab some food and drinks without it feeling too formal. We tried the $18 appetizer deal, which I thought was a pretty good value. The wings, mozzarella sticks, and mini corn dogs were all good, and the turkey sandwich was honestly amazing. My only complaint with the sandwich was that it was a little too salty for my taste. Now, this might sound picky, but I have to mention it -- I ordered a Guinness, and it came in a regular glass instead of an actual Guinness glass. I've never experienced that at a pub before, and as a Guinness drinker, it just felt a little weird. The Guinness itself was good, but come on, Victoria Pub... you need to get those Guinness glasses! Overall, though, this is a really good spot. Great atmosphere, solid food, good drinks, and definitely has that authentic pub feel. Lots if beautiful white, flaky cod. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. An abundance of chips (fries) that were also good. Well cooked on the outside and soft on the inside with good flavor. The Vegetable Wellington (for the vegetarian in the group) was disappointing. The veggies tasted good but for the money it was silly. They took the same veggies they served on any plate, wrapped them in pastry dough, underbaked it and served it with a subpar cheese sauce (thank goodness it was ordered on the side). I guess I was expecting some olives or a tapenade inside like the original Wellington. Our vegetarian had to skip eating the mash potatoes because they had butter and cream in them but that may have improved the the flavor of the dish as the replacement veggies were exactly the same as the veggies inside the Wellington. The brown gravy was awesome! Grilled tri tip dish was very good. A little dry but still good and very tender for our carnivores. They got veggies on the side which were good (same veggies as the Wellington lol). The tri tip nachos were the best deal on the table. Lots of everything and the tri tip was abundant. It was piled high and the tri tip was tender and cut i to small pieces. I like this place for hanging out and meeting friends. I would return for the fried fish and the nachos. Late evening, didn't want to cook, and do tired I could barely stand up!! So I called, last minute, and not able to think of anything else, ordered the fish and chips-- to go. The gentleman taking the order, asked: " Full or half order". BRILLIANT!! Wouldn't have thought of a half order-- and it was perfect!! 3 wonderful pieces of CRISP, HOT, and TASTY Cod. In fact we all ordered that and we were all happy with our choice. I didn't even need to ask but they brought out the malted vinegar for my fish. No pub should serve fish and chips without malted vinegar :( Kind of funny but when we sat down I told my coworker and waitress that "I bet this place will be packed the day after Thanksgiving" explaining that US Mens National Soccer Team will be playing the British Men's National Soccer team at the world cup. The waitress just kind of looked at me and said "we don't get a lot of soccer fans here" to which I pointed to the TV that had a soccer game on. I am over 100 miles from this place but one of my fav memories is watching a USMNT game while the Brits were playing at a British Pub in my neighborhood many years ago. This is our local favorite go to place. We have never had bad service or a bad meal here. Happy hour and football season the place gets busy so arrive early. There's extra seating upstairs, along with darts and pool tables. My favorite is the veggie Wellington, but everything I've ever had is delicious. This place is not what I expected. I was thinking hole in the wall, sports bar. Maybe even a little dive-y. But that is not what this is. When you walk inside, it's like walking into a pub in England. The lighting is dim, dark wood accents everything, and there are bookshelves along the walls. It was so cool! The food was cheap and delicious! I got cottage pie and my partner got fish and chips. Both were really good. I loved that the fish and chips were not overly breaded. The fish was thick enough to not be overpowered by the flakey breading. It was also incredibly juicy! The cottage pie was super yummy. The meat was flavorful and portions were huge. The side of vegetables was bland but whatever lol The best part is that it was such good prices for what it is. I would highly recommend checking it out when you want some comfort or a pint. It was tasty and I'm sure would have been even better if it was served piping hot instead it was lukewarm at best. I didn't want to wait for the kitchen to heat it up so lukewarm soup it was. My nephew had the jerk sandwich, he said it was okay but wouldn't order it again. Mom enjoyed the pub burger. I had a few bites and we agreed it was quite good. Sloppy good that is, with 'shrooms, cheese, bacon and Bbq sauce. For sure we would order this burger again. The fish and chips were delish and that no fish was left on my plate suggests that I enjoyed the meal as did my family...I shared because it was a lot of food. Everything was gobbled up. Beers were cold and refreshing. We sat upstairs and got to watch a few dart games, some of those folks are really good! Friendly service, it was packed but food still arrived quickly. We did experience a bit of a wait for our check - after 3 requests it made its appearance and we were on our way. If we had a craving for cottage pie, bubble and squeak or fish and chips we would likely visit again. The beef was tri-tip and the plate was full of toppings. This was well worth getting! Our waitress came back and replenished our drinks, but never offered more food. Then she disappeared for about 20 minutes. When she came back and asked if we wanted another drink, we said no - so she dropped the check off. We would have ordered more food if she asked, but she was so quick to drop the check that we didn't even try to mention it. Food- 4 stars. service - 3 stars. It's a cool place to grab a drink & chill w/ friends. During the weekends, they usually have security at the door checking for id's. The Bar is straight ahead on your left when you 1st walk in. They have lots of seating. Whether it's seats at the bar, small tables next to it, or longer tables as you go to the right of the Pub once you enter. Grab your drinks & head upstairs to the 2nd floor, where you'll find more tables & booths to lounge at. Upstairs here, they have 2 pool tables. Only costs ya $0.75 a game. They also have 2 dart boards up here to challenge your friends. And yes they do have tv's here for those of you who need something to do other than to people watch lol. read more

Great recommendations from staff as-well, I didn't want typical bar food I wanted to try my best to choose a healthy option, our server recommended the grilled chicken sandwich on wheat. It was absolutely great I would definitely order it again. The drinks were okay, I had vodka with a sprite nothing crazy.
