Victorian Villa showed the utmost respect to my father. We were concerned he needed to go from his home directly into a nursing home. He was already having to use a wheeled walker, a diabetic, had isolated him self from all but his family and was very set in his ways. Victorian Villa leadership and staff saw him as an opportunity. He soon accepted showering, physical therapy, and eating in the dinning room. When it became time to move to nursing home level care they met with the family and lead the discussion as we explained it all to our father. An attached facility, Dallastown Nursing Home made that transition extremely easy on everyone. He was visited by people he had become comfortable with from Victorian Villa while he got to know the new skilled staff. Thank you Dallastown Nursing Home.
