I had many items I was going to sell (2 pairs of Lululemon's that I wore only a few times, brand new American Eagle Jeans with tags on them, many many Victoria's Secret clothes(also like new ) and etc.). I usually sell to Plato's Closet and get around $100 everytime, but Uptown seemed more in style so I decided to sell to them. I was expecting to at LEAST get $100 back, considering most things were in great condition and in style and Lululemon leggings cost $100 each originally! But, I get $40 back?!?! I never leave bad reviews, but I will never sell clothes here again. It may have been a mistake I made and I shouldve sold them elsewhere, but $40 is just too low. The American Eagle jeans with the tags still on cost $60 alone. I would not recommend selling your clothes here if you're wanting a good price.

The next day, they had a sign on the door that stated they weren't taking anymore donations for the day. Then, I went AGAIN a few days later and they had that same sign on the door but specifically for that day. They need a new system or something because every time I go into Plato's closet, they are able to accept one bag. I am so done. Like, sorry I can't always come at 10 am.

For some unexplainable reason, I have never been to the store even though I've lived here for over five years. I was mistaken, thinking this was a cast off store and not a legitimate authentic Disney store. I was completely and utterly wrong. The store is a genuine Disneyland Disney World store with Disneyland Disney World merchandise. We just got back from Disneyland two weeks ago and can easily see the same exact items that we saw in Anaheim. I am completely astounded and shocked at the deals here. Disneyland shirts for $1.98 and $3.98 ?! I got a super thick Disney robe for $26 and genuine captain America costume for $15 regular price $79. The same figment crocs my daughter got for $69 are here for $29. The deals are just over the top. We don't have tons of room in our luggage from or last trips but that is no problem since we can easily drive to this store. The music and employees are magical and I felt like I spend two hours at Disney today in Branson!

She repeats blandly, "You can purchase a reusable bag for $1.25." Having NEVER shopped anywhere that doesn't put your purchase in a bag, I said, "so y'all don't have any plastic bags like Wal-Mart?" To which she said quite rudely, " We don't have Wal-Mart bags!" I said, "You know what, I don't need it, you're very rude." I should've said, "You know what else you don't have? My business!!!"
