This is my daughter's favorite store! Every once in a while I join her on her shopping excursion and I love it! I love their lip gloss, clothes, sprays, well just about everything they have. The staff always has interact and makes sure that you have what you need. Although the lines are always long, I must say they do a great job of getting you in and out. Right now is their Semiannual sale and I love it! There are deals on top of deals. Plus you can use your coupons. Love it! read more

Terrible customer service. Google says they close at 9. I walked into the store at 7:55 and the woman at the entrance says "we're closed" I say oh sorry google says 9. She just responds "we're closed" I ask what time they close, just so I know for next time and again just responds with "we're closed" then what looks like a manager comes from the register and says "we're closed". I said I understand that but I'm asking what time y'all close so I can come back another day, then she says the whole mall closes at 8 right now. I said google says 9, that's where there's confusion. Mind you, I only went because I have a defective bra I bought that I want replaced. I would never walk into a place 5mins before closing, I was going by their hours posted online. Jeez. read more

I've been the store several times so I can't really believe this is my first time doing a review on it however in the last couple days I decided to go ahead and get the the secret Vicky secrets CCing the credit card Angel card-- After I was approved for the angel card after a short wait in line. I want to head and started browsing the store to see what I wanted to get a a few pieces that I saw that I liked. I made a few selections went up to the checkout a little bit longer however the cashiers were moving at a steady pace. When it was my turn I got everything that I needed during the shopping trip and I'd say it was a great shopping experience it I got the help that I needed and I got the items I wanted. read more

Victoria's Secret is my spot! I love this place and am always on the search for a good deal in the store. I walked into this store and my first impression was that the PINK side was a MESS. I couldn't even blame it on other customers because panties were completely stuffed into each and every drawer which could only have been done by employees. I couldn't even look very well because of the junkiness and stuffing items. Although the store is relatively spacious, the selection was a bit limited and they repeated the same items in different sections. I was especially disappointed in the Sport selection which was literally one rack and had no size mediums. The styles available were more loungewear than activewear as well and they didn't have size medium leggings even if I wanted to buy them. I will say that the ladies working in this location were super sweet and helpful but I prefer to shop at the Saddle Creek location moving forward. read more

I heart Vickie's Secret. Any state I've lived in, I've been hard pressed to find a large selection of quality bras, panties and pajamas/lingerie, especially for the prices offered here. Vickie's offers frequent coupons and sales, so I always wait till I get something in a mail or catch a glimpse of their "$5.99-$9.99 bra & panty sale" commercial on TV. On a side note- I love that gal's British accent who does the voice overs for their commercials?! Something about a British woman telling me about a sale on my undergarments makes it seem so much classier. I agree with Deen, the staff at this location left a lot to be desired. They didn't seem to want to help me find my bra size in their little drawers (when I was here it was very disheveled to say the least) and they were more concerned with their conversation about the impending weekend than about my needs as a shopper. Because of this, I left empty-handed. Well, that and because I didn't find anything in their sales racks I fell in love with. I also have to say that I much preferred when my Vickie's focused solely on undies, bras and lingerie. In the past few years they seem overly concerned with sticking a full on Bath & Body Works store front amidst the undergarments. Totally unnecessary. I don't like any of the scents either- they are either granny scented or make me smell like a bowl of fruit. I don't know about you, but I would prefer my lady bits didn't smell like kumquats and cucumbers. read more

Ladies. If you are not a size ZERO, or a blonde hair/blue eyed/cute bodied teenager, or go in there to buy 10 or more bra's, the be prepared to be treated like crap from their teeny-bopper staff. I am a woman/mom/not the standard size zero who beat breast cancer and have half of (one) breast. So I decide I want new bras. BIG MISTAKE! The girls there were horrible little creatures. They ignored my requests. Kept putting me off to help the cuter girls. Or the lady who had 5 daughters with her each carrying 10 bras. They humiliated me when they gave me a fitting room. Didn't offer to see if I need to have a "fitting". NEVER AGAIN! Victoria Secrets you can keep your bra's. My money will be better spent where I am treated like a person. read more

Am I the only one who has a g.d. panic attack from sensory overload in this store as of late? My god, it's barfing colors. I am a cheapie, and I love a certain VS bra which runs a cool $40 (but it's very worth it -- it lasts...also, check out their convertible bras, they're great.), so I will always remain a fan of this place, regardless of the fact, like Erica mentioned, it looks like a three-ring circus inside from capitalism run amok. Love the panty sales, though. I like the fact that you can get measured for the correct bra size, and maybe I lucked out, but the woman offered to measure me without me asking first. read more
