I'm being so serious this is the worst Victoria's Secret I have ever been in my entire life. they literally follow people in the store like hawks. and don't let you even get a chance to look. I understand you want to be helpful and avoid people stealing since the store has been redone but not everyone is in the mood to talk they just want to browse I get it one time but I have been here for what 10 minutes and we have had maybe 5 people come up and ask dumb ass question. if you saw one of your other workers ask us something you don't think we got enough help. read more

This review would have been totally different if not for the 2nd employee helping me. The first girl was rushed and really didn't want to be bothered with me. Even though I asked her the write something down for me four times she didn't. I left the store after realizing she needs training badly. When I walked back by I spotted a woman employee by the front and asked her a question. She proceeded to take me and help me in a non rushed and lovely fashion. One of the women who work in this store is severely over bearing and annoying. She doesn't know how to stfu, is extremely loud, you can tell her you're fine and she won't stop asking and trying to get you to buy stuff. Long ago, Victoria's Secrets used to be a very pretentious store that would only cater to women with fat wallets and expensive handbags. Thankfully they've deterred very, very far from that standard. My last visit here was by and far the best experience I've ever had at a lingerie store ever. I was greeted when I walked in the door and she included her name. She asked if I needed help, and when I said I was just browsing, she quickly went back to what she was doing. No sales pitches, no nonsense tactics, just a nice welcome. After selecting some items, I went to the fitting room to try them on. To my surprise there was someone there manning the room. It was her only job for the day. MAJOR change from before where you'd have to search for someone who wasn't manning a register. She asked me my name, if I had been measured recently (I had) and for my sizes. Then she led me into a perfectly clean and vacuumed fitting room and hung my things for me. After a minute or so, she came back with two items in my size that were different types of bras but relative to what I had brought in and suggested I try them. To my surprise both fit incredibly well for my size and actually had me considering making a bigger purchase. After trying on my items, I was told that for trying on one of the items she brought me, I was given a card for $5 off a particular kind of bra. While I did not purchase either of the two items she had suggested, it was nice to have suggestions made that were appropriate and fit well. I went to the register from there, was not at all prompted to sign up for a credit card (normally this is a ritual and tends to turn into a 2 minute spiel about how I can save on bras throughout the year despite their incredibly high interest rates - thanks, but no thanks.) She checked out my items, thanked me for making a purchase, handed me by obnoxiously pink bag, and out I went. I was then told to have a good day by each employee I walked past on my way out. It was overall a wonderful experience and I'm so impressed by the change. The sales pitches are gone and the subtle change of suggesting items rather than blatantly trying to sell me something, went over so much better. I only hope that this is the new trend and that it stays this way. I'd highly recommend coming by - especially soon as they're semi annual sale is going on. read more

I want to update my review. I came her and I DID find a ramp to the second level. It is on the pink side of the store all the way to the left. It looks like a employee hallway, but it leads to the second level. It's a bit narrow so I have no idea if a wheelchair or double stroller will fit but definitely a single stroller. happy shopping people read more

Great service, very helpful staff, just wish they would carry my bra size in the store.

The store is nice and big, clean. But the staff is weird. They are all friendly...but always asking, are you being helped, do you need anything etc. the worst part is the check out processes. it takes forever to check out. The lines are always long, they take at least five minutes to process each customer...I have timed it. I now think Victoria's secret makes it hard on purpose to check out. Price adjustments, returns, and payoff transactions to Victoria's Secret credit card are even worse still. read more
