Absolutely horrendous, will be contacting the corporate office. My significant other got my a christmas gift but took the tags off so the price wasn't there. They helped him and decided I would need an XS after having a baby, which I actually needed a Medium. Go back with the original receipt and the clothing and even though they could match it from the inner tag they would not let me do an exchange bc they said they can't put tags on it to resell it. If I had a gift receipt I could but the actually real receipt. How!? Also waited at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for the lady to come up. This store is horrendous , I will never purchase anything from VS or Pink after this. Hahaha and Fabletics have much better customer support. read more

The store itself is fine. The staff not so much. Every time I go to this location, staff is less than helpful. Yesterday I went to buy some perfume and was having a hard time finding the one I wanted. I was crouched down with my husband reaching my hand into the drawers to pull out different perfume all while an employee watched. After a few MINUTES of searching she asked if I needed help and I said yes since I'm searching in drawers... she told me I can "look over there if I want" and pointed where she was talking about. She should've asked if I needed help immediately and she should've WALKED me to the right spot and help me to find what I was looking for. I've been in retail for 6 years and would never watch a shopper struggle and then point! I thought it was very rude as she's quite literally being paid to help me find what I need. read more

Saturday night decided to treat myself on a little shopping date with my sister and was having a great time until I got to VS and was picking out panties and started getting shouted out from one of the workers (older lady) she kept shouting at us and other women who were at the panties section to not mess anything up she just fixed them. Instantly felt very uncomfortable and thought it was crazy to talk like that to customers...trust me i understand working in retail and that can be frustrating but no excuse to say rude comments out loud to people who are about to spend money there..save those comments when you're venting with your coworkers at the end of the night, instead maybe ask us if we need help with anything ? Then I'm standing in line waiting to pay listening to her talk bad about us to the lady she was cashing out in front of me saying "people are so rude we have no consideration for them, they cant go home until everything is fixed" as I'm standing there with panties....so that was awkward. I get to the counter and she doesn't say hello did I find everything okay, didn't ask if I had a VS credit card, literally nothing. I knew she was aggravated at me and it was such an uncomfortable/upsetting experience I couldn't wait to get out of there. Me and my sister left saying how crazy that was and definitely doesn't make me wanna go back. read more

This store has probably been here for ages. But I never noticed before. Going in, it is similar to other Victoria's Secrets, both outlet and regular store. I have never found outlet pricing such a discount, but they did have a few deals here when I was in. And they carry gym clothes in more styles and sizes these days. I liked my visit here and I will come back. read more

I'm a "Forever Angle Card" Holder... I've been shopping at this particular store for at least the last 4 years. I love PINK, but I'm always hesitate to shop at this particular store. I'd rather shop online. Every single time that I enter this store I'm ignored. I watch the workers there ask every white woman, Indian woman, Spanish woman, and other races get acknowledgment from the staff there,.... but never me. I'm a black woman, and I'm treated as if I'm invisible everytime I walk into this store, even by black employees. My mother also shops there. She too is an Angle card holder, VIP status. She's treated the same exact way. It's truly disappointing. read more

So I used to shop here all the time. They are closing because their staff is horrible. They are rude and have no interest in helping anyone. I went into the store to purchase a bra and this young lady looked at me and said they don't have anything in the store to fit someone with a DD bra size and to go somewhere else where big women shop. The issue with this is I am not big anywhere else just on the top. How rude is this. My mother always told me its not what you say its how you say it. For the money you spend in this store they should hire staff that knows how to take care of customers and not be ignorant and rude. read more
