Frustrated because the worker recommended between 2 bottles of juice- one that is unusable. I couldn't use it at all it's so bad. Tried to replace it with a different one and they said they couldn't- instead giving us a "discount" of I am guessing $1 off. Never going back. read more

I went in having problems with my ecig not knowing whether it was my tank or battery so I asked to try a new battery on my pen to see if it worked, the lady that assisted me first was very helpful however as I was proceeding to check out she came up to the register telling me that she had fixed my old battery and that nothing was ever wrong with it and so I responded to the other lady standing next to her by saying that I may not need the extra battery but the lady checking me out printed out the receipt as fast as she could and said "sorry no refunds" in the most childish, unprofessional manner. Had I known that my battery was fine prior to my purchase I probably would have bought the battery anyway because I didn't want to deal with my unreliable old battery but I just felt like they we being deceiving. I get that they wouldn't benefit from helping a customer fix a battery that they didn't design, but part of having a business is creating a positive customer experience. Also before customers buy your product it's important to let them know that they cannot return the product.. It's a shame I had this experience because the battery works very well and I was very impressed with all the flavors. Had I not had this experience I probably would have been a returning customer. read more

They have a very nice selection of e-liquids; more variety than a lot of places I've been. However, I've found some of the batteries and tanks for a lot cheaper around town. Some of the employees are very helpful, but most of the time I feel pressured into buying something I didn't want in the first place. The manager is very rude unless you are planning on buying something. read more

I was very thankful to find Victorious Vapors in Athens, GA. I was in town for a wedding, and was trying to decide what vape shop to go to, and I'm glad that I landed here! I was helped by Chris, the manager, as well as Kim, the assistant manager, and both exceeded my expectations. I went in to purchase a Smok Baby Beast Tank, and had mentioned that I wasn't too pleased with my current mod. Chris showed me the Smok Alien 220W and informed me that it comes with the Baby Beast Tank. I thought it was an incredible recommendation and we ended up getting the entire starter kit! He also helped us pick out some great flavors for e-juice, and we picked up some of the in-house juice (Blue Angel) which was absolutely delicious. On top of that, Kim was there to help me open and set up the new mod, as well as show me how the menus work. It was great service through and through, and I definitely recommend anybody who is looking for a vape shop in the area to check out Victorious Vapors.Both Chris and Kim clearly know their stuff and use the products on the daily. read more
