I thought I would be able to find a good first car for my niece there. The woman who works in the office was completely unprofessional. Very snarky when I asked any questions about the car we were looking at. She told us we could take it for a drive but I really wanted to know more about the safety of the vehicle (ie; if it was in any accidents, rotten undercarriage, if the brakes and rotors were good etc) before putting my niece behind the wheel. I asked If it had been put on a lift and inspected thoroughly as I would not want my niece in anything unsafe. I was told that would be up to me. The woman, Laura was not very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. Seem to be more interested in her hair and outfit and wishing she was a Kardashian. (Goals) her demeanor was unfriendly and unprofessional. I was warned by several people but she had a car on the lot that my niece really liked the looks of. We ended up going elsewhere. If you're considering buying from Victory absolutely have the vehicle looked over professionally before making a purchase. Bought a Honda element, and was ensured that it would pass inspection. The frame is rotted through in three spots. Ultimately it was my fault, but still the staff was knowingly misleading, the expensive warranty only covered minor mechanical damage, and there was no return or refund policy despite it only being two days from the initial purchase. They sell junk cars. Take credit cards that don't belong to the buyer. Trade such cars for another. Very sketchy. Don't disclose the truth about the vehicles. When owner was asked for information on a purchase was told he didn't have a key to the filing cabinet and his wife wasn't there. They accept credit cards that they Know do not belong to the purchaser. They sell cars that they just got and haven't inspected yet. read more

Trash. I get that you have to inspect the vehicle and make sure it's what you want before you buy it but they sell crap. I was told the truck I bought was in good shape and didn't need much. Well 18 months later and I have put OVER $7,000 into this POS. I can't get to work without it so I have to keep fixing it. You figure what else could need to be replaced... but it never stops. I'd rather keep what I got and know what's been done and needs to be done rather than start over and not know but I've finally given up. My daughter bought an used car from Victory last month, she only just made her first payment on the vehicle they had the nerve to sell to a 20 year old naive girl! The engine blew up on her, I spoke to the mechanic where the car was towed to, he explained to me that it needs a new engine, water pump, caliper leaking, he drained the oil and it was filled with metal shavings from the engine! Besides the passenger window not being able to go up and down, but that was not included in the estimate. My daughter was so distraught and crying, so I called Victory and spoke with Brian, the proud owner, I asked what he would do on my daughter's behalf? NOTHING! Pretty much, tough luck, them the breaks and no I will not take back the piece of crap I sold her! Brian did say he thought the mechanic's estimate of over $6000 for repairs was a "ripoff" since he could go to a junkyard and get an engine for 500 bucks. Apparently that is what he did to make this heap of junk road wordy, it did have a savage title. Brian also lied to my daughter saying he drove the vehicle up from Ct, but upon my investigation online I saw he bought it at an auction. Brian and his used cars are a danger, he will sell you unsafe cars for a buck, he doesn't car if your child is behind the wheel. I bought an 01 Nissan Maxima for $2,965 and was told all it needed was 1 strut on the passenger side i got it home and took it to my shop and did a thorough inspection and found out it needed 2 struts($369.36), 2 strut mounts($133.48), 2 wheel bearings($115.16), a passenger side lower control arm($120.68), 2 new keys [because all i was given was a Valet key - couldn't open the trunk or glove box which was locked and 2 alarm remotes($486.93) [for the factory alarm], driver side wheel speed sensor($155.42), and 4 new tires [because it had 4 mismatched tires and 2 of them were bald($421.19) GRAND TOTAL($1,802.22) IN PARTS ALONE, not including the labor i would've had to pay a repair shop if i wasn't able to do the work myself GRAND TOTAL FOR THE CAR ($4,767.22) minus labor AND IT HAS 166,XXX MILES!!!!
