Not one person asked or even recognized my presence for 15 minutes after arriving prior to my appointment time. Dismissive when confronted about wait times. ALSO, it appears by their finished product of their work, (terrible fading technique, just a definitive line of length from side to top, (thinking bowl cut) when asked specifically to fade the lengths) that they have not reached the level of "stylist or haircutter" to expect the kind of monies they demand, (thinking "SUPER CUTS" level of work) AND the amount of tip they recommend on the payment app. (they also do not perform all the services they advertise for each service, you have to demand it) Very disappointed with the quality of service from a few of the employees (Alex and one other) will not return.
