Hasn't been 24 hours and my peeps and I are still raving about this place. They took me out for my birthday and I'm pleased. The customer service is superb, from the bouncers/security to the bottle service and bartenders. The bathrooms were clean throughout the entire night. Dj was really playing his heart out with all the hottest jams. Also, we were all a female group and felt so safe. The crowd was tamed and no one was drunk and feisty. Its unfortunate we spent my gf bday starving and feeling pressured, timed and foolishly robbed. Its a true testament of how some business owners like this one are out to take advantage of our new normal. We were offered only ONE option $600 package inc 2 bottles of choice and 3 small apptz and 2 hookahs. There was only 3 choices of apptz that inc 3 pieces we were a group of 6 ladies. Definitely not fulfilling we were all still hungry. Heres the worst part....we were give 1 can of ginger ale, 4 oz can of cranberry juice, a full pitcher of oj and one can of red bull inc in the "package" any additional would be more money!? Again we were 6 girls!? Heres the cherry on top we had to chug the liqour in 2 hours!? On empty stomachs. We refused to give the venue another penny for anymore food. When the bill came they charged $50 upgrade charge for titos which was not mentioned and tip was not included. The manager removed the upgrade charge. Needless to say I Will NEVER return. Nor my girlfirends. I hope we all as consumers wake up bc if we allow it it will continue and we will have to get use to being forced to chug and socialize all in 2 hours . Highway Robbery is all I have to say. We were a group of 12 people were forced into bottle service package of $1500 which only came with 4 measly appetizers. When we reached our two limit they gave us the bill and we were unable to finish our bottles. It's ridiculous that you can't even take the bottles that we paid $2000 after tax and gratuity. Will not go back or recommend to anyone ! Just don't go there a million better places that are just as aesthetically nice. read more

First let me start off with that we were forced into a bottle service package in order to get in without having to wait. We were rudely asked to leave after 2 hours of being there because they claim that was the rules even though we were never told that. We spent $1300 and tried to explain to the waiter that we wanted to order more appetizers since our bottles were no where near finished. We then had security come aggressively tell us to leave now. We were treated as if we robbed the place. The police were called to check our bags to see if we were leaving with drinks. Mind you most of us just a wallet. My friends and I will never go back there again and will tell others friends and family to do the same. But where do I start off, Hookah is over priced $40, Packages start at $400 not including tip nor gratituity, Cocktails are a cup full of ice $16 + , Food is not the best in other words it's microwavable. Overcrowded place where you cannot walk and there is only one bathroom for ladies. The service rate is a 2. At the end of my night our server handed the bill to us and practically begged for a cash tip when tip was already included. We all were curious as to why she insisited and she said her boss requires $100 cash tip from every server or she will be fired. What way is this to treat employees ? HORRIBLE !!! I was super excited to check this new spot since everyone has been talking about it so my friends and I went here about a week ago to celebrate a birthday. We arrive at 9:30 and the line was ridiculous. We waited and waited and finally entered the place at 11:30. 2 HOURS WE WAITED, and it was freezing cold. If it weren't for groups of people leaving while waiting in the line, we would've been out there for longer lol. I was still excited to enter, despite having frostbite, and was hoping there would atleast be heaters outside since the lounge is catered outdoors...there wasn't. The DJ was great and our waiter was amazing. I did not get her name but she was on point and made sure our table of 5 was always good. The food and hookah was super expensive and we didn't even bother getting drinks because of how cold it was outside. If this location wants more money, I suggest adding heaters to keep their customers warm. After waiting 2 hours on line, we only stayed for about an hour which was upsetting because of the temperature. If it weren't for our waiter being great, my 1st time experience would've been rated 1 star. Not sure if I would come again here again (maybe on a hotter day). read more

My experience here was amazing. Idk why people are giving reviews saying waiting in a line for two hours like that's not a good thing. They are following protocols and not slamming the place with people because they actually do care about the customers. Were in pandemic and we are still getting 1000s of positives tests weekly and these guys were able to accommodate the people who want to be entertained and not get covid because they are safe. The worst experience ever! I attempted to go with a party of 6 and they told me I had to spend a minimum of $1000. After reluctantly agreeing and dealing with hosts that had attitudes and seemed racist, they walked us into a section that only fit 4 of us. We asked that if we spend $1000, they at least provide proper seating. Nope. They were unapologetic and escorted us out. I requested to talk to the manager, Nicole and she did not want to speak with me. She sent a police officer to tell me that $1000 was the minimum for that night. This was going to be my 2nd time there and I've been there with a party of 5. There was NEVER a spending requirement. Therefore, my conclusion is that they were being grimy, inconsiderate, money hungry or purposely trying to have us leave. read more

For starters they don't have a reservation system in place which would have been fine if they ran the business in an organized fashion. When asked about the extra drink the waitress (Natalie M) came off very sarcastic about the extra drink saying there was video on another drink "leaving the bar" when asked for footage, they were unwilling to show the footage. When the manager was approached both the waitress & manager were very sarcastic and rude on the approach, and were told we'd be banned over an over charge on the bill. Went last night for Fight night with my girl saw they promoted it half price hookah, half price cocktails , no entry fee. 150 bottles before midnight. So we said why not let's go made reservations for 10pm bottle service was only required with groups more than 8 but my girl and I were like if we like the vibe then we'll just get a bottle it's whatever. We don't mind spending money and we both run nightclubs in the city. I was also a bottle waitress and bartender. Got there and a table was NOT ready until 11:15PM! Constantly being told they had to clean it. 1 hour to clean a stand up table that only holds 2 people? Be serious they said they were understaffed only 2 busboys but we run clubs if the bottle waitress want to get customers they should pick up the slack so they can have a customer sit at their table and fill it. Mind you now all of a sudden they tell us if we give you the table it's a minimum bottle. We said that's not a problem I feel like that's why they took so long with the table trying to save it for a bottle service but if that was the case just say that it's not an issue don't have us waiting over an HOUR for a reservation. Luckily our bottle girl was nice and attentive thank god bc if she wasn't we would've just left. We got cocktails while we waited for our bottle a hookah and some appetizers. The ambience is good so was the music. We got the bill and it was standard club prices not a problem however I'd like everyone to know they don't always honor their promos! No 150 bottles before 12 or half price cocktails. We don't mind the prices but just don't promote that then I can't imagine ppl coming and getting stuck. They did honor the half price hookah. My girl and I didn't say anything we paid it, money isn't the issue it's the principle.don't know if they do that to get people to come and then when it gets busy they stop the promo bc they feel like it or wtvr but that's not good business. Came here last night for taco Tuesday happy hour. Advertised chicken and shrimp tacos but only chicken was available. Margaritas were so weak we had to order tequila shots to add. The most disappointing thing about this place is how overpriced everything is compared to what you can get in NYC. To our surprise each tequila shot was $18. A CAN of modelo beer was $12. Mojitos $22. Based on other reviews it seems this place is not budget friendly and sneaks a lot of other surprise charges in the bill. I love this place!!! Finally something LIT in Bergen county. I have been here already on several occasions, I've learned to get there early because the line gets pretty long! It is so worth it, the hookah is dope!! The cocktails are great, I've tried almost all of them LOL the ceviches and guac were very tasty also, the music is just right and well varied.
